Upon arrival we stood waiting in line to check in and when a staff member became available, instead of calling us over to help us, she turned and walked outside. Once we were finally helped, we were told that the rooms we booked were not actually available as I'd been told on the phone. Then we had to wait 15 minutes because the rooms they were giving us weren't clean yet even though it was well after 4pm by this point. We were given free drink vouchers for during our wait, however the bartender walked away from the bar about this time and our rooms were actually ready before she came back. The rooms were very clean, which we greatly appreciated. During breakfast the following morning we found ourselves waiting an inordinate amount of time for everything. Half the food came out, then a couple more plates, and by the time it was all out, half of it was cold. Several of the meals that were served had different ingredients than what was listed on the menu, and we were charged $40 for 2 carafes of sub par drip coffee. It took us a long time to get the checks when we were finished eating, and even longer to get our cards back. Overall, we were incredibly disappointed in the customer service and wait times. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was the single highlight of our stay.

Beautiful vintage style building with a modern aesthetic. It’s an old bank converted into a hotel so check out out the old vaults that held gold from the Colorado gold rush. So cool! Quiet. Spotless. Comfortable. Every thing I want in a hotel!

Locked door upon arrival made no sense. The poor staff had to go to the door each time a new guard arrived to allow entry.
Self parking structure adjacent to the hotel and we had to pay to Park our own vehicle
No parking valet, no concierge and no valet service to assist with luggage. My husband has several orthopedic health issues so between the parking and luggage situation it was quite strenuous and then the 1 1/2 hr waking looking for our restaurant with the wrong directions provided by the hotel did not help.
Staff gave us wonderful recommendation for dinner but unfortunately gave us wrong directions. We walked for over an hour and missed our dinner reservation

This historic building was perfectly situated for every need and convenience! Within a 3 block radius was a plentiful variety of food, coffee, entertainment, and a major big-box store.
The open and airy lobby welcomed us in and provided a plethora of seating arrangements, plus a bar, that made it hard to board the elevator to the room. Hallways were quiet and clean, leading us to a beautiful room (and bathroom) that was thoughtfully organized, modernly decorated, and comfortable to move about in.
The staff was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. A simple request was handled immediately and I quickly learned that I could ask for something and forget about it; assured that it would be handled.
