Your friends/family will be close to all the sights that Denver offers, when you stay at this spacious/large, centrally-located downtown, historic mansion. We took our historic home and modernized it with all of the amenities including central AC, large walk-in shower in Master, new windows throughout, in-wall LED lighting, etc. Walk a few blocks and shop for dinner ingredients at the local whole-foods. One of the best/well-kept parks in Denver, "Cheesman Park, is just a few blocks away.
The space
Spacious 5-bedroom home in the Cheesman Park neighborhood with all of the modern touches.We've merged the historic character of our 1901 home with bleeding-edge modern upgrades.

There are amazing exposed brick touches throughout this beautiful home that show off the historic show-piece. As you enter the house through the backyard, there is a large deck, a 6 chair outdoor table, a ski-chair swing and a BBQ grill. Enjoy days or evenings with your family in the large private-backyard.

As you walk into the house through the back-side of the main-floor, there is a chef's kitchen with all that you'll need to cook a family feast and to socialize with the open concept dining room that's adjacent with a large/central island that you can cut prep your food, serve family/friends as they sit on the opposing side of the island on their bar stools. Just on the other side of the island, folks can sit on a large round table that can seat 8 and socialize with the rest of your family/friends in the kitchen area.

Walk up the home’s original, beautifully carved wood-railed staircase to the second floor, where you’ll find three bedrooms and an epic, spa-like master bathroom. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower with bench seating, a 20×20 waterfall showerhead, LED lighting embedded into the walls, and access to a small balcony with stunning city views.

Across the hall is the Master Suite, offering a king-size bed and a large wall-mounted TV. Pocket doors separate the master suite from the second bedroom, which has its own entrance from the hallway. This second bedroom also features a king-size bed and opens onto a spacious front-facing balcony with cityscape views.

The third bedroom, also located on the second floor, includes a king-size bed, making all three bedrooms on this level equally comfortable and well-appointed.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire 4 storied house, which includes the garden-level suite which has it's own separate entrance, large-bedroom, bathroom w/water-fall shower and full-service kitchen. For the upper part of the house, you'll have access to 4-bedrooms, another full-kitchen (chef style), 2.5 bathrooms, three upper-level balconies, a large dining room area (adjacent to the kitchen) and a large living room. The bathrooms are newly remodeled with highly-luxurious finishes, with the master having a large/modern walk-in shower with extra-large waterfall shower-head, LED lighting in shelving and embedded in walls and 6-water jets coming from the wall for a spa-like bathing experience. In the top-floor bathroom, there is a large soaker-tub with all of the modern touches/amenities.
Other things to note
The historic mansion is within a 20-minute walk of downtown Denver and just 2 blocks from the historic Cheesman Park and Denver Botanic Gardens. Steps away are a variety of grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars.

The overall bedroom layout is as follows:::::

(1.) Garden-Level Suite:
1 large bedroom with a King-Size bed and two large his/her closets.

(2.) Main House:
3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and one on the 3rd floor. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. In the other 2-bedrooms, there is a king in one and a queen in the other. Then we have a full-sized bed in the attic. - Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:

Ania & Daniel were awesome host for our group. They were so helpful with sharing what accommodations they had to help with a baby in our group and were very prompt on answering questions. The house was awesome and the lower level area is great for having a separate area like an apartment. There were plenty of house amenities for cooking and drinking supplies. Having coffee makers in both areas was great for early mornings. Location is great to be able to walk around the area and find restaurants. The backyard area was great to sit and enjoy mornings and evenings. One great perk was having an area to be able to park our vehicle instead of trying to find parking on the street. Again thank you Ania & Daniel for hosting our group. If we need a place to stay in Denver again we will be looking at your place again!!!
