We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure.
We're happy to be assist via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Sunnyside is a walkable, historic neighborhood in Northwest Denver with easy access to major highways and public transportation. It has recently undergone a development resurgence, bringing in new restaurants and breweries. The area features a mix of popular local spots and new classics, including Acova, Bacon Social House, El Jefe, Los Carboncitos, Sunny's, The Wolf's Tailor, Denver Market, and Pecos Square Retail Center. Parking is ample in the neighborhood. Just a stone’s throw away from the Rocky Mountain Lake, you can take a stroll while taking in the breathtaking scenery of the Colorado Rockies.

Exploring Denver and its stunning surroundings is made effortless with the convenience of a rental car or ride-share service. While Denver's public transportation system is dependable, it may not offer the same level of flexibility as having your own vehicle. To make the most of your stay, we recommend renting a car or using a ride-share service.
Want to bring your furry friend?
$100 fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted. The backyard is fully fenced, but please note the fence is not flush to the ground so smaller dogs and even motivated larger dogs could crawl out. Please always monitor your pets.
Please be aware that a medium sized dog lives in the main house and will be in the backyard at times.
Kindly note that smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the premises, including inside and outside the property and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.
The Carriage House is a private and separate unit located in the backyard of the main house, with its own entrance. Outdoor area is shared. Guests can easily park on the street in front of the property.
Please note that due to Denver zoning and permit regulations, the kitchenette is not equipped with a stove, cooktop, or oven. However, it is still fully equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and all necessary kitchen utensils and dishes for your convenience.
