The Mountain View Pad. Easy Access to Red Rocks and the Mountains!

This charming 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo offers the perfect combination of beautiful and convenient. Right off C-470 for easy access to the mountains and southwest of downtown Denver with spectacular mountain views! Minutes from several trails, 25 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater, 10 minutes to downtown Littleton, 25 minutes from downtown Denver, and about an hour and a half to Keystone Resort and Breckenridge.

THE SPACE
Perfect for business travelers, remote nomadic tech workers, and traveling healthcare workers! This is also a great location for concerts at Red Rocks or for trips to the mountains! Come “home” to a cozy space after a long day of skiing or hiking.

You will have my entire condo for the duration of your stay. Two bedroom condo that accommodates up to five guests. Ample closet space and linens, towels, and ironing board are provided. The master bed is a king 12-inch memory foam mattress and the second bedroom is a full (double) 10-inch memory foam mattress. They are firm mattresses. Both bedrooms have smart TVs - streaming app capability but no cable/live TV. There is a dedicated workspace so you can bring work with you! Large sectional in the living room that can comfortably sleep one person. The TV in the living room is a RokuTV with some local channels but no cable - stream apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime!

There is in unit W/D. Cozy dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped - coffee, tea, spices, snacks, and some drinks. Makes home cooked meals simples! Please be aware of your allergies and sensitivities. Bathroom - shampoo, conditioner, soap, and towels.

There is an attached one car garage that has a private entrance to my condo, as well as an assigned off street parking spot. Both of these are for your use!

Enjoy the balcony for your morning coffee or at night to watch the beautiful Colorado sunsets.

Entire condo access. There is in-unit laundry, a private balcony, and an assigned parking spot and private garage.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Please note that the condo is above the garages for my small building so some noise may occur!

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Confirm with host.

Furniture is subject to change at any point in order to provide a more comfortable and aesthetic space.

Guest must climb stairs to reach the living space of the condo. Please note that the living room overlooks the staircase and there is a railing with vertical iron posts.

There is an additional non-refundable $75 pet fee for up to two pets per stay. Fee must be paid prior to check-in.

Please note that we have a ring doorbell that has a security camera / audio capability at the front door, as well as a camera inside the garage. There are absolutely no cameras inside the condo. This is for both your safety and security of the property.

This property offers plenty of privacy; however, please be respectful of neighbors as we share walls.

Spring break getaway

This property has been beautifully updated and has a very useful kitchen, clean and well functioning bathroom and shower, comfortable beds and furniture and updated smart TV’s and internet. Way better than a hotel for our family so we could visit the big city for our spring break.

Nice Mountain View VRBO rental

My wife and my best friend came on a trip to Denver for Taylor Swift. This rental was perfect for our group and our pups traveling with us. The rental was clean, had everything we needed, great communication with Carla, easy check in and out, nice location. Easy drive to the lightrail station. Would recommend!

The place was as expected in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty large LR and DR, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and and a large laundry room. We had one minor issue In our bathroom, texted the host and it was fixed the same morning, and that was on a Sunday.

Convenient location

Plenty of towels, nice appliances and furnishings. Had everything we needed so didn’t have to immediately run to the store. Liked having a special place to take my dog out and supplied with doggie bags and trash can right there. Handy having a washer and dryer available. Garage parking was nice too.

Great stay in Littleton

We had a wonderful 7 night stay at this nice condo in Littleton. Carla was a great communicator and was very responsive and helpful. We had a small issue come up with a wasp nest getting built during outside the deck and she had someone there within a few hours to take care of the nest and keep our stay comfortable. The condo was spacious enough for us to both work remote and allow our two larger dogs the space stretch out. Having the garage access was a bonus, as it gave us a place to store our cooler and car top carrier during our stay. The small courtyard entrance was very nice to have as an extra private space. The complex had several nice outdoor spaces to walk our dogs and enjoy additional time outside. The beds were both very comfortable. The addition of fans was a nice touch to keep the A/C circulating and provide some white noise while sleeping. The kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances, with plenty of dishes, silverware, and pans that made it easy to prepare meals. The location was so close to many shops and the highway. It made it easy for us to get around to visit our friends and family. The proximity to Red Rocks Amphitheater was fantastic! We will definitely try to book this condo again for our next visit!
