"I am sorry to be critical, but I feel there are several areas that need attention. Firstly, the shower pressure was very poor, making it difficult to enjoy a comfortable shower. In addition, the bathroom and shower floor tiles were extremely slippery when wet. I am surprised that no one has suffered a slip or fall in this area, as it presents a genuine safety concern. Secondly, the ceiling fan appeared not to have been cleaned for a considerable period. The leading edges of the blades were heavily discoloured with dust and looked quite unhygienic. The television was also disappointing. The free-to-air channels continually lost signal every few seconds, making them virtually unwatchable. Finally, the room was advertised as having a king or queen-size bed; however, it appeared to be two single beds pushed together. Unfortunately, this did not provide a comfortable night's sleep. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again, nor would I recommend the property to others. I appreciate that this is simply my personal experience, but I wanted to provide honest feedback to assist with future improvements."
