Peaceful and spacious North Vancouver stay, less than 5-minute drive to Deep Cove, Cates Park, and Mt. Seymour. Only 15 minutes from the FIFA Fan Festival at PNE — perfect for enjoying World Cup events while relaxing in a quiet neighbourhood.

Enjoy nature and outdoor activities while staying in a comfortable home away from busy downtown crowds.

Walk to Parkgate Village, recreation centre, and Seymour Golf Club. Direct transit to downtown right outside home. Free parking included up to two cars.

The space
The space includes two bedrooms and one bathroom, with four beds in total, including a very comfortable sofa bed. If needed, we're happy to provide a floor mattress upon request. All kitchen essentials are provided, so you’re welcome to cook during your stay.

The private living space of the apartment is approximately 830 sq ft.
In addition, there is a large private patio (over 900 sq ft), which offers a spacious outdoor area to enjoy, especially during warmer days.

* Our rate includes up to 4 guests.
Additional guests are $25 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the first floor (ground level), which is completely separate from the upper floors.

The home is kept at a comfortable temperature throughout your stay (central heating & Air conditioning)
If you ever feel too warm or cold, just let us know—we’re happy to adjust it for you anytime 😊
