It was very clean but there was a loud knocking noise that occurred every 10 minutes coming from the bathroom that kept me awake all night. They also still don’t have microwaves in the rooms.

The room was good, the hotel was clean and new. The staff was good and attentive. Our air conditioner made a noise that kept me up all night. Had to switch rooms the next day. The food was good as well.

The room was ok but no microwave or fridge in the room. Continental breakfast looked good, coffee was not hot. There was also this weird white build up on the spout for the coffee pot. The water in the shower did not get warm enough. I had an allergic reaction to the shower gel and hand soap.

We needed to leave a day early because of a snow storm in the area. When I asked for a refund for the remaining night I was told no. This after having phone calls and e-mails from management to provide them with more info. In the end, management ghosted me.
