Good Experience
Hotel is nice and clean with friendly receptionists, though the family room looked a bit tight. We liked almost everything except their policy of paying for damaged stuff and soiled linen. It made our stay a bit uncomfortable as we could not be ourselves and relax to enjoy our stay. For example, I was charged for soiling my pillow case with the cream in my hair. The breakfast too was good but not very continental. I will still recommend it as it is good overall. You just have to be careful not to break or spoil things otherwise you will be charged for them.

Wonderful hotel! This is my second time staying here. Comfortable beds. Great space, and great restaurant with good coffee.. I also appreciate the English menu!

The hotel was nice and staff was courteous. The one complaint is the construction that is going on around the hotel. That not only disrupts the comfort and ability to sleep past 7 am, but also takes away the view.

Loved the stay, hotel was beautiful, had free breakfast - but literally the only vegan options were dry toast and cucumber/tomato or grapes/other fruit. WiFi was a little sketchy which I needed for work, but other than that, loved the room, loved the cleanliness.

I was placed in a room that was attached to another room. I didn't really think much of it until one night when I was trying to go to sleep and I could hear my neighbor. It wasn't even that he was talking loud it was just that there was nothing blocking the sound. I could literally hear every word he was saying as if we were in the same room. The staff offered to move me and I accepted but this all happened at 12:45 at night which was annoying. The staff was nice and apologetic but I still haven't heard from management.

Great but bad internet.
Everything was great except for the internet. Was in a business room but without internet, it’s hard to do any business. There is internet in the hotel, but just on the bottom floor near the office.
