The property has been renovated and is very nice. All the amenities were available. It’s also across the street from the Bay so the view was very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Staff at check-in was exceptional and courteous. The room I stayed in was awesome, clean, current, updated, beautiful. Just what I needed after a long road-trip west. Really liked that there were laundry facilities on-site for guest use. Beautiful area, lovely views.

Lovely spot

This is an older hotel, a little worn but well cared for, clean and safe. We stay in Cowichan once a year and this is our second stay and we will continue to make this our stay of choice when here. The service is excellent.

This property is old, tired, and run down. And, the price would have suggested something much better. Photos online did not truthfully reflect the condition of the Inn. We would not recommend this Inn to others.

Nice property to stay at in Cowichan Bay. Rooms have been updated with new bathroom fixtures, new mattresses and nice kitchen facilities. Beds are very comfortable.
