Our home has one of the most convenient locations in all of the Hamptons. Minutes from East Hampton Village, Sag Harbor, and some of the best beaches in the world! Stay in a Beachy Cottage/Modern Farmhouse with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, Dreamfoam mattresses, and blackout shades.
The covered front porch invites you in to the striking gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, Sub Zero Refrigerator, an open dining area which seats eight, and a living room with fireplace that is a great gathering area for family and friends. The bedroom on the first floor is ideal for guests where stairs can be difficult. On the second floor the separate master suite has a striking bath with double sinks, Toto Toilet, tub and shower. The remaining two bedrooms share a lovely bath with tub/shower. The private 1.5 acre grounds has front and back decks, Bocce Court, heated swimming pool, and as Outdoor Fire Pit with 80" TV, rocker swings and seating for Everyone! Outdoor private rain shower, 4 Chaise lounges, Shaded 2 person Hammock, and outdoor dining table for Barbecuing all Summer Long! Apple TV, Amazon TV and Sonos indoor and outdoor sound system! The property is exactly as described and shown in the photos. It is extremely clean, comfortable and has great amenities.The good/ great:1) Chris was a very attentive host once our weekend stay came around. We checked in on a Friday and he made sure to walk me through the amenities of the house with patience, taking time to answer my questions and make sure we got in and out OK. 2) The house has great amenities - Sonos speakers in every room including the back deck and fire pit were a big plus for our friend group!!3) The fire pit was so fun - it has beautiful lights and a speaker system set up and was great for us to hang out at night.4) Kitchen is incredibly well stocked - we found everything we needed including blender, coffee machine, pitchers, skewers to roast marshmallows!Some watchouts:1) We didn’t have hand soap in every bathroom, and did run low on towels & toilet paper2) Firewood & pool heating is extra - Chris did make sure I was aware of this beforehand on our phone call which was appreciated but I didn’t see that written in the original listing.3) Pool was great, could be a bit cleaner but we still enjoyed it. Not usable at night as there are no lights around the area and it does take time to heat up so would let Chris know well ahead of time if you want it heated.

Amazing week

Chris’s house is awesome, location is great, very close to east Hampton and a short drive to sag harbor. The house is very modern, clean, and packed with amenities. Great for kids with awesome pool and big yard. Not to mention the sick outdoor seating area with TV lights and fire pit. We were 4 adults and 2 young kids and the house was perfect.

Amazing and relaxing family trip

Booked for my family of 4 plus son in law.Property was immaculate both inside and out, and I’m very picky (just ask my family)House is minutes from East Hampton and the surrounding Hamlets. The refrigerator kept up with our ice demands before leaving for the beaches each day. Amazingly well equipped kitchen.We spent many afternoons by the pool, and evenings watching movies by the fire. Very peaceful home but minutes to town.

EH Girls Weekend Away!

This home is quintessentially charming! I arrived late at night, alone. It has a charming curved drive in and there sat the wood home with a large front porch and Forrest behind it. It seemed like little house on a prairie with the porch and dormer windows. The motion lights went on immediately, which I was grateful for. There is a narrow stairwell up to 3 bedrooms, as is customary in older style homes. High ceilings and windows everywhere enhance this property. When I woke there was a family of feet on the rear lawn.. the morning sun warms the back family room which looks out towards the beautiful lawn and Forrest beyond.as it was a good and wine trip we didn't utilize all the amenities such as bocce, pool and fire pit area but loved seeing that they were all there. Christopher was extremely helpful and available for all questions. I would definitely go back. The house is located only a few minutes from Main Street EastHampton and close to Sag Harnor as well.

Lovely Hamptons getaway spot

Perfect Family get away!

Great location for dining and shopping. Clean with all the comforts of home. Cooked, played games, watched movies and puzzles. Bocce was fun too. Plenty of space for everyone. Great Communication

Chris was the most proactive host we've had. He reached out while we were on our way to give us additional details and checked in throughout our stay to make sure we had what we needed. The shallow section of the pool was shallow enough for our 4 year old to stand which made the time in the pool even more fun. Also the pool was off to the side of the property and fenced in which gave us more security that our boys wouldn't go in accidently. The fire pit was a great place to hang out and we had smores almost every night. The property is very close to both East Hampton and Sag Harbor but still feels very private. There is a large amethyst crystal which we were nervous about with our little ones but we were able to easily block it so it did not create an issue.

Great location in the woods!

There was so much to do on this property and the location was fantastic! We will stay again if the owner has us. We loved waking up to all the wildlife and with the Waze App we could go any place without hitting the center of town traffic during summer; beaches , restaurants, shopping golf courses, but we could have stayed on property and entertained ourselves with all the amenities the whole two weeks!

We had a great week at this beautiful home. 5 mins to EH village. 10 mins to EH main Beach. Quiet, lovely neighborhood and block. The backyard is even better than the pictures. Fire pit is amazing. Pool is pristine. Landscaping is lush. Owner is responsive and helpful.

The home is locates in a very quiet area. It feels extremely safe. It is also conveniently located to East Hampton with easy access to the Sag Harbor area. The home is exactly as photos and is very clean. Chris is very responsive and checked on us ensuring we had no needs or questions. Fully recommend this property.

Had the most fun in this incredible house. The outdoor features are to die for and when we got to the house, we saw a fox in the backyard!!! Cannot wait to stay here again over the summer.

Spacious, quiet, and beautiful

This property was everything it was listed as and more. Sipping coffee on the back deck with deer watching in the forest and gathering around the fire pit was the definition of relaxing. Would definitely stay again!
