Loved the room. Perfect for the 3 of us. Dinner was good in the bar. The bartender was so nice and very helpful. Cookies were a bonus. We got there after dark and left before sun came up, so not certain what was around the area. Sadly we left some clothes in the closet. Our bad.

Every time I visit the quad cities I stay here! It is clean, awesome breakfast but the staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They make you feel welcome. They have hospitality, which is hard to come by these days. I can’t say how much I love staying here enough!

Got the Highest floor room "River room" Nice and clean rooms, staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was great as well.. we normally hit the pool area in every hotel we go too whixh is like twice a month for travel, pool was a bit dirty and smelled a bit like dog... 4 stars for everything being great except the pool.

The mattress was not comfortable and the couch was not comfortable either -mattress was hard and the couch you sank into then was hard. We put the do not disturb sign on the door so housekeeping would not go in while we were gone for the day,when we returned there was a notice housekeeping could not do their job do to the do not disturb sign BUT we noted they did go in our room anyway took out trash no bag under sink, only 2 bath towels left for 2 people Did not pick up pile of dirty towels on floor,left new dish towels did nothing else to the room but had the nerve to leave their note on the door .. since you put the do not disturb sign we could not do housekeeping. Now that really upset myself and my husband that whole situation with housekeeping -they had no right to enter our room yet did anyway-totally unacceptable! I did let the front desk know she said she would let the housekeeping supervisor know and give me “extract Hyatt stars “ or something line that it our privacy was not respected at all after we asked that it be respected! Not a Happy customer
