The worst hotel I ever seen , rooms old back from a horror movie, cold and stuff very unprofessional, I could not sleep in that hotel. Try to talk to the manager but they do not answer to phone cals ir messages. Honestly I'm supposed this kind of hotels exist in Canada . My room was on the 3'rd floor.

The room was spacious and clean. Most staff, especially check-in and gentlemen who helped with the tv, were excellent. One person, on the overnight shift wasn't particularly helpful when I couldn't find how to turn up the heat. He told me that there was a thermostat on the wall. I knew that; it wasn't working. Unlike the other staff, he didn’t offer to come to the room to fix it.
