Only one person on front desk during check-in and check-out, only to be surprised with a surprise deposit fee on top of my room rate. Small noisy lobby. The included breakfast was minimal and crowded. Took what little bit of palatable food back to our room, only to go out and actually have to get breakfast.

The shopping mall was close but the staff were rude didnt know customers who stayed at hotel and were asking for id multiple times would never stay at this hotel

The hotel is not in the mall, or connected to the mall. It cones with no perks for the mall or the waterpark. False advertising. The roof of the hotel leaks which can be seen in the breakfast area. Check in took over half an hour as it is severely understaffed.

The location to get to the West Edmonton Mall was great, very convenient to just walk across the street. The hotel could make some minor improvements to make it more comfortable. The breakfast consisted of toast, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal and pancakes with no syrup. If they added syrup for the pancakes, bagels w/cream cheese and maybe some muffins. The bath towels were terrible. Very small and thin and the comforters on the beds were terrible also. The material was very slippery and they wouldnt stay on the beds and they were hot and not breathable.
