Lots of undesirable people around due to the massive bus stop on the corner. Plenty of sketchy interactions walking from the mall back to the hotel, one person even followed us in because we did t have a lighter to give him. We will not be back

Rooms were spacious. It is an older hotel but nicely renovated. Beds were comfortable. Would have liked a small freezer in the fridge to freeze our ice packs. Air conditioning smelled a bit musty but otherwise it was good. Very busy place as it is across from WEM, In fact 3 minutes walk from Bourbon St. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Great stay.

Hotel was very nice and great price considering location to mall. Free breakfast wasn't great, the room was tiny and it was crowded trying to get toast or pancakes. We stayed 3 nights but only tried the breakfast once. The room was nice and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for an affordable place to stay by the mall.

This hotel is such a great location, walkable to west edmonton mall, the only thing is the hallways had a musty smell. But would still recommend.

The staffs at the front desk NOT FRIENDLY.They didn’t give us pass to the swimming pool or amenities of Edmonton Mall coz they said I purchased my or booked thru Expedia third party.But they should put that in their advertisement that people should book directly to the hotel if they book through third-party, they won’t get past to amenities through Edmonton Mall. It’s like us come how people know they won’t let people know, and the East Indian staff is rushing me to pay to put my card and I’m trying to ask her to explain why can’t get a pass to Edmonton Mall for swimming pool and other amenities and she’s not explaining it to me. She’s rushing me to pay and I want her to explain to why there’s an additional on my on the amount on my receipt, she want me to pay for us before she explained it to me. They don’t have microwave in there in the room. There’s only one elevator for the whole building and the parking is so tiny. There’s a parking on the basement but you have to pay $10 a day not good.

If you have 150 people cramming into a 20by 20 room for breakfast it does not work.Tried to get in twice the room was full and the line up horrendous. WILL not return,shame.
