The hotel and staff were great. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Our main issue was with regards to parking. The night before our trip we got a text message stating that they could not guarantee us parking (even though you must pay a $25/night pparking fee on top of your booking) Its ridiculous to not have enough parking for your paying customers and it creates a whole bunch of unnecessary stress to your vacation.

Good parking, check-in and facilities overall, pleased with the room. Restaurant service altogether was slow both times we used it, but the food was great and the servers were pleasant. I would stay again.

Parking is a joke, not only do you have to pay for it but also it’s not heated or underground. Bad area of the city and homeless hound you when smoking outside of the hotel.
