Checking in just after midnight took approximately 25 minutes due to a glitch on the computer system that had no link to our booking via Expedia. Staff had a very difficult time working around this - not impressed Checkout involved explaining we already paid for the room and were not about to pay twice, some notes from night shift would have gone a long way - even less impressed.

Truck broken into twice at the oversized lot across the street. $25 per night to park and lost $2000 worth of property. Front desk just laughed when confronted about it and said I shouldn’t park there, even though it’s their paid designated parking area.
