When we arrived at the property there were police outside the front entrance. We checked in staff was very friendly. We went to the floor where our room was. There were police in the hall speaking with a customer who was visibly very intoxicated. There was piles of garbage outside a few of the rooms. Our room had white "stuff" dripped all over the floors which clearly had not be cleaned in some time. The shower had no water pressure at all the bathroom itself felt very unclean. All night there were people screaming and yelling at eachother. There was very loud yelling all the way through our checkout at 1030 am.

When we walked into our room it instantly smelt like cigarette smoke. The walls were dirty and the bathroom had hair on the toilet seat. We will not be staying again.

cheap hotel close to WEM. not necessarily runned down but a lot of the windows were dirty looking, our bathroom smelled the smoke and it sounded like i could hear my neighbours next door through the bathroom? the pool area looked a little rough so we didn’t use it. the rooms are smaller than a usual hotel room you’d book. i was told over the phone is a $200 cash deposit but when checking in i was told $300 cash instead. our card also didn’t work on the outside back doors.

Room was in need of a deep cleaning, con webs on t walls, generally grungy. The upside was the bed was comfortable. Lots of homeless creeping around the area. Would not stay there again.

Rooms were renovated, one of our rooms were renovated nicely but had no heat, took them some time to get it working. The room on 3rd floor looked to be rushed on renovations as they were not complete. No rod in closet or hangers for clothes and coats. Only one hook in the bathroom. We booked two rooms with 2 queen beds in each. We received 2 rooms with two double beds. So it was very tight for us but we made it work.
