The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It’s a beautiful property with a great atmosphere, although it could use a little maintenance — particularly with the bathroom drainage. Aside from that, the lounge was amazing! Our server, Raul, went above and beyond during our two nights there. The breakfast buffet was good, and the hotel’s location is stunning. Watching the sunrise over the river is something I look forward to every time we stay.

Concierge room was mentioned to be “newly renovated” lots of dings and scratches desktop had stains. The “lounge” is just a bunch of chairs with a tiny little snack bar the “appetizers” were quite underwhelming

Nice hotel in downtown Edmonton. We stayed one night in a renovated, spacious room on the 21st floor. Access to the Executive Lounge on the 20th floor was a nice perk. Parking is an additional $25.00 per day and conveniently located underground in the building. My husband and I would stay at the hotel again.

We had a really good stay at Chateau Lacombe. Our room had a big window with a spectacular view of the river valley — such a nice sight to wake up to! The staff were all accommodating and friendly, especially Rachel at the front desk and Cornelia from housekeeping. They both did an excellent job and made us feel welcome. The only thing I’d say is that the bed felt a bit outdated and the pillows were a little small, but overall, we still had a pleasant stay.
