Good place to stay for the price. Cleanliness is only three stars as I found things in the fridge from others guests and there was an old Milwaukee beer in the nightstand with the ever present bible.

The hotel overpromise in site what had in their hotel. For my experience the breakfast was a joke, no gym in the hotel and the discount for west Edmonton waterpark was only for non third-party user. So i can't get discount be a Expedia user. Plus, they double charge for the damage opposite. One Expedia site and at the hotel.

The staff was exceptional. Smiling. Polite. Friendly. They keep us coming back. We have seen some not good changes though, since the last time we stayed. The "bath" towels are very rough glorified hand towels; the sheets were put on sideways so the foot of the mattress was sticking out; and the breakfast room was not manned and maintained. At the price charged for this hotel, amenities should not be bargain basement.

The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke, the bedding had stains on it, right next to the breakfast room so we were woken at 7 every morning with the noise of setup, the wifi was terrible, and checking out took forever as only one staff on.

Old property but very clean. Couldn't find a fridge or microwave in the room. Would have appreciated having them.Continental breakfast was basic. Toaster was not working properly so as I'd already selected the bread I ended up eating a peanut butter and jam sandwich. Very nice staff, very accommodating No second lock on room door made me nervous.
