The hotel is close to West Edmonton mall which is good. Unfortunately the room smelled like cigarette smoke and the place was very noisy. The beds made noise every time you turned.

The staff were accommodating, and the room was spacious. However the room had a damp smell to it and the beds seemed worn out, likely due to the high traffic from being next to West Edmonton Mall. Overall, the property could benefit from some updates and upgrades.

The hotel was walkable distance to WEM and that was so convenient. I appreciate the early check in. I wish there were more levels and rooms in this hotel as it gets sold out quickly.

Shower curtains were moldy, we thought from what the pictures were we were in the mall, but its across and has no waterslides/pool. Staff had no idea what they were doing and were over charging constantly, very small breakfast area, and not much to offer for continental breakfast. No microwave in room only on 3rd floor... Internet sucked wouldnt keep a connection. The elevator took you too every floor but the one you chose....and was slow.

Do not get any rooms directly across the breakfast room, near elevator and ice machine. You will be awake at 7:30am and listening to all the breakfast noise until 10. The ice machine is super loud and right by your room so you hear the noise every time someone uses it. The room 215 used to be connected to room 216 and there is nothing stopping you from hearing everything in the other room. You hear everything. Lastly, I tried calling the front desk with a simple question and was told to come downstairs and get in line if I have a question because there is a line up. The area is great because it’s close to the mall, but there is people using alcohol/drugs around the area. One person was yelling religious things through a megaphone by the mall for hours. Would not book this particular hotel again.

The Service was absolutely the worst part of this hotel. Continental breakfast was a joke and the breakfast area was a disaster. Not one staff member was around maintaining the cleanliness or refilling empty items.

There was nobody at the front desk when I needed to check in and no bell. No facilities at all in the hotel and they don’t let you know that all the advertised facilities are in the mall. Also the beds were so uncomfortable I had a slight limp from the pain sleeping there caused.
