Place was perfect location for attending an oilers game. Breakfast was really good. Hotel looks like it’s under renovation but otherwise I would definitely stay there again.

Very outdated. Checked in and the house keeper was still in our room so we got a different one. One of the outlets looked melted like it caught fire. Wallpaper peeling, bed very old and could feel springs. Shower was old and yellowed. There was something big and brown at the bottom of the pool. Hot tub jets didn’t work and tiles going to it were all cracked and glued together. Honestly this place is an accident waiting to happen and I don’t know how the other reviews are so positive

Very nice people working here. They did all they could to accommodate our requests. It is going to look great!!! They are currently renovating. This makes check in and check out at busy times a bit inconvenient . Breakfast was very good. A great stay.

Hotel was convenient for walking to Rogers Arena! There was no heat in the room. It was late when we got back to the room so we didn't bother the staff. Reported problem in the morning. They apologized and explained that renovations have been started in the building so they didn't charge us the parking fee! Breakfast was very good!

I stayed for three nights and wanted to be close to downtown area for a conference. The location was very convenient as I was able to walk to where I needed to be. Parking at the hotel was limited to the back and outside. Free breakfast was a plus to have as an option each morning :)

Nice and resonable to stay

As soon as you walked in the atmosphere was friendly. Nice clean room but really warm. The hallway wad cooler than the room. No outside windows to open for fresh air.
