I didn’t like the air conditioning didn’t work and the room was 27 degrees Celsius, it was not fixed but when I checked out they gave a small discount. William at the check in desk was excellent.

Stayed here to attend a concert in Edmonton. Booked this hotel specifically because it offered breakfast that was according to the site, served till 10am daily. When we went down this morning at 9:30 we were refused service. Super disappointed. Definitely won’t return.

Where do I even start….. hotel was overpriced because Morgan Wallen was in town. Getting to the hotel, their system was done. A/C clearly wasn’t working. Everyone was melting waiting. They did not inform anyone what was going on. No apology. Finally got checked in. Room was dirty and smelt like dirty, wet socks. Room was beyond noisy. Between people and traffic. We didn’t sleep, so ended up leaving early morning. Would not recommend.

When we checked in we had a lovely upgraded Executive King. Unfortunately the room was very hot and that floor had centralized AC. We requested another room and were shown a few options until we found one we liked. Front desk clerk went above and beyond to help us and I had already noticed her helping other guests earlier in the evening.

The air conditioners were broken in the entire hotel. They didn't tell us when we checked-in. The room was sweltering hot. We immediatly went to the desk and told them that I refused to stay there. I had to argue with them for an hour to get our deposit refunded. I'm so glad that I had not pre-paid. I will never again stay in a Best Western Hotel.

The property is well-located beside the Calgary Trail and Whitemud. Lots of restaurants around the area. The continental breakfast is pretty decent. Overall, I am very pleased with my choice of this hotel. I will go there again in the future.

When we entered the hotel there was a few buckets cause the ceiling was leaking. Are room AC wasn’t working and when I booked the hotel I try and get one with a pool and this pool could maybe only fit 10 people in it and it was so cold like a ice bath.

Wifi didnt work, very gross and leaking everywhere our roof had water damage carpet smelled moldy and the ac also was down so it was hot and humid. The duvet was also stained. Overall do not recommend
