Staff are very unresponsive, i tried calling the desk multiple times. No one amswred. Didnt tell me at check in that the pool was closed foe maintenence. Terrible breakfast in the morning. If you want a cheap place to sleep thats all they really offer. Beds and room were decent.

At check in, The guy at reception was kinda nice until he red the notes on my booking where I requested a pet friendly room and he seemed annoyed cause he didn’t read it in advance and kind of gave me c h i t saying he didn’t have pet friendly rooms available and he ended up saying he was gonna “make an exception” and allow my pet in a non-pet friendly room …but when we came into the room there was welcoming signs about pets so not sure why he made a big deal about it since he ended up giving me a pet friendly room. He tried to make it look like he was doing me a favour, JUST ANNOYING INSTEAD OF WELCOMING.

Had to move from my original room because outside the window was equipment like a compressor. I missed a night of sleep. But they came through for me the next day by moving me to a much better room. Generally, the staff are quite helpful and very nice. The breakfast at the restaurant gives you is OK, but it could offer a wider choice. All in all however, this is a nice place to stay.
