The room was run down, not cleaned in corners or along walls under the desk. The moldings were broken and gross in places. Splashes of unknown substance on the walls. Was red, so not dried blood, but maybe juice?

I didn't have breakfast but did order from the lounge last night. The chicken penne was absolutely disgusting. As soon as I opened the container it smelled like processed cheese or canned alfredo sauce or something. It was inedible. I ate two bites. I complained and the front desk told me to go talk to the lounge supervisor and was very unhelpful. I didn't feel like hunting down the supervisor, they should have called her to come talk to me. Won't be staying again
