The room was unbearably hot. Thermostats is dated, beds were a miss more than a hit. Fridge was on request. I would not stay here again.

Room was 30c all night way to hot no matter what we did to the thermostat. Super old and run down. Not clean at all. Random pair of socks on the ground very disappointment

The location is great right in the middle of downtown, close to all of the excitement. The rooms were clean and the staff were exceptional. We arrived in Edmonton 3 hours before check-in and they allowed us to leave our bags there at the front desk so we could go and site see. As well as checking out, we left our bags at the front desk until we were ready to go the airport at 5pm. We will Definatley use the hotel service again

The room was very clean and beds well made with fresh clean white sheets. The room was a good temperature and had good lighting. Clean white towels and wash clothes were provided in the bathroom. Very nice stay.

Room did not have a fridge or microwave, I had requested twice. The tv did not work and the shower head pressure was not the best. Room also did not have ac. Front desk staff was friendly though. Would not recommend to others and most likely would not return.

Staff was nice, parking was good but the hallways and rooms were very hot. We adjusted the thermostat in the room to the lowest it would go but I didn’t have much of and affect. We had to keep our window open our entire stay and notified the front desk but the heat remained steady.
