Staff were helpful and professional. The surrounding area of the hotel is sketchy, lots of drunk/drug folks hanging around outside or opposite the hotel entrance, late of a night, or in the housing complex car lot being loud and leery. Not the hotel or staffs fault but omit’s made me think of looking at google maps before booking hotels in future. It’s close enough to to the airport, west Edmonton mall and highways, so for location, in that regard, it was perfect. Parking is interesting, safest to pay for valet as your vehicle will be put in a locked car park, you get 1 x250ml bottle of water each day your room is refreshed, which is basic, but there’s grocery stores nearby to purchase more.

I had an ok stay, but was surprised to learn that there is no air conditioning during the fall/winter. My room was very stuffy even with the windows open. The breakfast was very limited and not worth the cost. The bathroom had a dirty rag and the light fixture was quite dirty with handprints. The in room phone was so quiet I could barely hear the folks at front desk. The location was good and the valet parking appreciated and a good price.

Breakfast was poor, food and eggs Benedict was dried out. Limited food remaining at 10am and no staff around, even though breakfast was advertised till 11am. Something to work on. Other then that the room was clean, but the overall stay was a little loud around the hotel but okay,

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The king size bed was comfortable but did suffer a little with 'bounce' in that one person moving was felt by the other person.

We did not even stay and had to book at another hotel. All of the pictures are AI generated and the hotel was nothing like what the pictures told. Very disappointed and will be looking for a refund.
