The staff were courteous. However, our room needed updating. By the window, there was a panel that was loose at the bottom of the wall. The benches in the room looked worn and needed replacing. The floor in the bathroom looked like it had not been washed. There were white specks all over the floor. But the beds were very comfortable. We were able to get a good night’s sleep.

I stay here annually due to a work function. I love that it is downtown close to restaurants, and there is a pool/hot tub to help relax in the evening. Rooms are always clean. Comfy beds to sleep in. Parking and breakfast is an extra cost, but that’s the norm these days unfortunately. Our floor was quiet. You could only hear a bit of hallway noise when people walked by. The fridge did not appear to have a dial to adjust the temperature so some of our food froze which was disappointing. I also wonder how often the pool loungers get cleaned as they had lots of spot on them.
