The room service was not where it needed to be for the name of sandman Signature. I understand the need to cut costs and eliminate labour by no longer providing room service on actually dining. But when you order a steak for room service... In what world would logic dictate that a wooden throw away utensils will be enough.

The staff were courteous. However, our room needed updating. By the window, there was a panel that was loose at the bottom of the wall. The benches in the room looked worn and needed replacing. The floor in the bathroom looked like it had not been washed. There were white specks all over the floor. But the beds were very comfortable. We were able to get a good night’s sleep.
