I booked last min in my car on the street and walked in to the front desk where I was greeted by a very friendly staff member named Alex. She was so helpful and friendly. My room is very nice and the shower water pressure was perfect.

Hotel lovely, pedestrian access to Rogers Place. Breakfast voucher for CHoP and menu was appealing, food exceptional. Room very clean, slightly dated and worn furniture but overall acceptable. Recommend parking in parkade THeN going to check in at front desk. Few underground spaces on a game days.

Was very noisy we were woken up early both mornings we stay, we had to switch rooms because our shower was broken. The room was not clean super disappointing (we didn’t see any cleaning staff the whole time we're there the hallways were also not clean but that’s also understandable as it’s a high traffic area and the only cleaning I saw done was in the lobby which looked great) unfortunate as the front desk people were great and the restaurant chop was incredible. I will not stay here again but I will go to the restaurant again.

The Hotel is right in the heart of the financial district in downtown Edmonton with easy access to all the major banks and accounting firms but, like with all cities these days, there are a lot of homeless in the area. There is lots of security but anyone walking alone may not feel safe.
