The room could be improved. The carpets looked dirty, the lighting in the room was insufficient. I am not sure if this is because of the theme but still we all need to be able to see our clothes in the drawers. The drawers are so old that they hold an unpleasant smell. The elevators took too long to get to our floor and were full by the time we needed to get on. We waited over 20 minutes for an elevator a couple of times. This, with kids feels like an hour. At first we thought it could be the weekend occupancy but Monday and Tuesday felt exactly the same. Staff was friendly

Our room had small window overlooking rooftop and mechanical room (?) and had no natural light. All lighting was very dim so room was dark and depressing. Very few electrical outlets and no usb outlets for charging. We had to unplug coffee pot to charge phones.

Average hotel but convenient if you want to be in the mall all throughout your stay. Rooms are clean. Elevator is super full all the time. Aircon fan makes a loud noise and no soundproofing in adjacent rooms.

Staff was amazing. Atmosphere was fantastic. A little disappointed in the room. It was older, I saw on the same floor a few doors down it was renovated so nicely. Old floor and décore. Furniture chipped and broken. It was clean I will stay there again for sure but I’ll be asking for a newer room if I’m paying that kind of money.

There was blood all over the rug, wall, and roof, it seems like there was a murder in that room. There were hairballs on the shower wall, and didn’t smell good, overall the room just felt dirty. The beds were also smaller than listed online. Not a great experience.
