Took 3 attempts to access my room with the key cards. Had to go up and down to the front desk two times after initially checking in. Eventually had to be given a new room as the battery on the door of the other room was dead. My room is located on the 6th floor in the tower. Elevator was dirty and the glass on one of the pictures in the hallway is smashed with jagged pieces of glass sticking out. Someone can easily be cut. Room was fairly clean but the bed was uncomfortable and why are the pillows so small? Likely will not book here again in the future.

This is a gem, located close to everywhere I’d like to go, eg WEM and Ft Edmonton Park. Our room was quiet clean. The parking available and free. We will be staying here again. The price was very affordable.

Hotel is dated, however you can tell they have attempted some up dates eg bathroom. Lobby, hallway floors and elevator was dirty. The room was clean, but could step up the cleaning.

After three nights my eyes were watering so badly form the air in the room that i was having difficulty see and breathing. The room air was stale and musty and a shot of Fabrese scent control was not sufficient to cover up the odours. It smelled like a smoking room that had not had proper air changes. You would have to do a lot better to retain my business. I expected more form a Radisson Hotel.
