The heat in the room was not working properly. Had to go ask for a blanket and it wasn’t only our room. It was also a very grimy will not ever stay again.

Worst Radisson location I have seen

The heavy revolving entrance door is not working. The elevator is old and slow. My room had no hair dryer which I would not mind if it’s not winter. The pillows are cheap. I stayed in other Radisson hotels before and this is the worst one. The only nice thing about the place is its location.

Older hotel that needs some more love.

I use to work as a housekeeper so I understand the pressure of completing my floor on time. However our room was quite cold and when we turned the heater up to 23 we noticed a smell of burning dust. I pulled the filter on the front and it was caked on dust. I cleaned it myself before putting it back in the unit. I was surpised that we had a fridge yet no microwave. You sell pop corn in the vending machine, yet I couldnt pop it. Finally the bath tub was horrific. As soon as water hit it, the floor became a crazy carpet. I had to shower on my knees and rub the bottom of the tub before I felt safe enough standing. It also couldn't drain properly and I refused to remove the drain myself and check.

It was very cold the 2 nights I stayed and the room was warm and clean. The front desk was very friendly and made you feel welcome. The maintenance guy asked us if the room was warm because it was so cold outside. The restaurant had good service but the food was just ok. Wouldn’t eat there again.

The Lonely Hotel

Can't charge food to the room. Must go down to pay for it then bring it to your own room. Restaurant and bar is a third party restaurant not affiliated with the Radisson. The hotel itself is quiet. Rarely saw any civilians. My daughter named it, "The Lonely Hotel" it seems very nice though. Don't know why the bar staff also agreed that it was rarely busy. The woman in the lounge said there very little traffic in the hotel, and noted one time there was only 20 people staying in the hotel one night. One side is an older hotel possibly needs renovations. I only know bc I thought my room was on that side. I went back to the lobby and went up the proper elevator, which was the "new" side. So I would ask for the newer hotel side as a suggestion. Hopefully, they generate more business bc it is a nice hotel. I would rent again.
