Booked this last Minute. The price was a bit high but I thought because it was a Radison bit would nice . We arrived at nigh midnight. They put us on man floor at the end there if the hall there is music band coming from some were. At the end of the hall was not as bad as we went to sleep right away. .. no remote in the room for the tv. Called the front desk they said we will try to find one and bring it to u I said it’s okay we are going to sleep . I just did not want to get charged . Half a roll of tolet paper and no xtra roll . Room is dated .. first impressions is everything. I wound not stay there again . Got a lower price there are many brand name hotels in the area .

No room microwave, no tub plug, not enough towels, behind nightstand for plug ins was disgusting. There was stuff splattered by the garbage. Could be more cream and sugar. Pool was beyond cold.

The whole property is run down. The hallways and common areas were dirty. Our room looked like it hadn’t been swept in weeks. Bed sheets were actually dirty.

This hotel was a let down for sure. Being a Radisson, I had higher expectations. Our room was old and had a dirty sock left from previous visitors. One of the outlets was falling off the wall, which was a huge safety concern. When our room was cleaned, they only made one bed and the other bed was left untouched. The elevator was old and dirty. The only good part of this stay was the food at the restaurant and the Chef was friendly, came out to talk to us and make us feel special. We will not be returning to this hotel.
