Hallway floors are so dirty. Tables not dusted in common areas. Pool wasn't working. We had a clogged toilet and they brought a plunger in a clear bag that had brown water pooled at the bottom.

STAY AWAY AND SAFE YOUR MONEY!!! I always stay at Radisson because i enjoyed the facilities and the professional staffs, however this particular property is far from what Radisson is about. This hotel is very dirty that it is disgusting. The front entrance and lobby was so dirty i felt like i was staying at a motel. Furniture so torn and dirty, elevator missing tiles from the floor, finger prints all over, hallways not vacuumed. Then when i got to my room there was fingerprints all over the head boards,linens dirty, chair was so ripped i have to called and request it to be change. Then when its time for me to checked out the frontdesk staff was so unprofessional that when i asked for my receipt she gave me the print out from the debit machine and not a printed receipt. OVERALL A VERY POORLY OPERATED HOTEL. If you want to feel safe and have a good place to stay RADISSON WEST EDMONTON IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!! VERY VERY DISSATISFIED WITH WHAT I PAID FOR THE SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED!!!

This is a hotel I will never stay at again. Had to change rooms because the fridge smelled of rotting meat, the condition of the hotel was horrid (duct taped hook on the door, dirty, rolled up rugs, dirty bathroom—cleaned it myself!) and the outside area had garbage everywhere and a rotating door that looks like it’s never been cleaned). Definitely not worth the money we paid!

Rooms were very dirty, brown spots on sheets little black hairs all over the bedding and bugs in the one bed. Asked to switch rooms. It was myself and my 2 kids they gave us. Queen bed and pull out couch which would have been fine if the pull out couch wasn’t broken so needing to put the mattress on the floor for the kids. The tv was also broken. Front desk lady was good the other gentle men helping was very rude and unfriendly.

This was quite a disappointing environment. The check in staff was friendly and polite, however every inch of floor space was dirty on the main floor and in the hallways. There was mud in several places on the couch in the foyer. The elevator was dirty and missing a tile. And there were stains, hairs, and crumbs in our sheets. I do not want to pay to stay in a place that isn’t taken very good care of. This was a special occasion but I feel uncomfortable and wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel is always being cleaned the pool was very busy as there was a load of kids but its always an enjoyable stay and the staff are always helpful checked in A few hours early wich was great didnt have to wait around for hours

I would not recommend this property to anyone. It is very untidy and outdated. Eg; worn out furnishings (torn and dirty), turnstile door broken so need to push it round by hand, tiles broken, cigarettes butts thrown in the entry way, elevator malfunctioning (I got stuck in it twice and had to push the doors open), etc;

I will give the staff 4 star review but the property itself and cleanliness - I would rate it as 2.5 star. Slushy parking lot during the two day stays, it didn’t snow during our stay but parking lot was not even look after and room were okay but there is off smell once you enter the room.
