Initially the reception made an inappropriate comment warning and implying customer was going to be noisy and disruptive. I said excuse me I just arrived I’m a regular best western customer. I told her comment was very inappropriate and I was here on business trip. She then changed her tone and finished my room reservation. I never went back to her for any hotel support. But I’d like to speak to the manager.

We like going there for the swimming and a walk to the mall But the last two times the beds were uncomfortable lumpy fan is noisy in room Heating is noisy didn’t sleep well
