The room was fine and the customer service was excellent. However, the pet smell throughout the elevators and hallways was very strong. It makes me wonder how strong the odor might be inside rooms after pets stay there

Room was great. Very clean and nice and quiet. My only complaint is the lack of options on the TV. Basic cable with mostly news channels wasn’t the best. Also the towels could be larger! Overall though it was a great stay
