Best hotel in Edmonton

We always enjoy staying at this hotel. The pool stays open late, the breakfast is delicious and served later than most other hotels, the beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are always clean. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful.

When contacted front desk they did not have extra blankets for extra sofa beds, said because they were full capacity no extras. Wow!!! So the extra beds I needed to use because of the # of people in room. I booked a room with enough sleeping areas but no bedding except flat sheets to cover with Also the bed electrical receptacles kept blowing breaker if used in one wall. Inconvenience

The interior of the elevators were absolutely filthy as was the area outside the elevator doors on the main floor off of reception. Unfortunately, we were on a floor with at least three rooms of unsupervised older children with no adults present. They were running the hallways, having jumping contests to see who could touch ceilings and light fixtures, knocking on and slamming doors until after 11:00 pm. A call was made to the front desk at about 10:30 pm but it continued well past 11:00 pm. Overall, a very unpleasant stay.

A bit over rated as this hotel doesn’t have the same amenities as the Hyatt. Its proximity to the highway was bothering. (Loud). Breakfast was good.

The worst hotel experience i have ever had. My sister and I noticed that all the facilities that they have do not have a cctv and then when we went to the pool, before we come in, it is required to remove our footwear before entering so we had no choice but to leave it there. When we went to come back to our room, our footwear was gone and it was stolen. We tried to reached out to the reception to say our concern but it looks like they did nothing to resolve it. They don’t seem to care at all. Does it have to be a really valuable item so that they would take an action to resolve it? I would not recommend this hotel at all.
