I leave in the area. I needed a staycation after I could not get vacation end of August to Banff. I was planning on staying for a couple of nights that turned to 6. Absolutely awesome hotel.

The hotel is quiet and clean. However, the front desk staff are not very friendly. The individual at the desk robotically proceeded through the check in motions, gave us our key, void of any sincerity and hospitality.

I was searching forever to find a handicap accessible hotel so I could take my mom who is 86 in a wheelchair . We hit the jackpot with this place , amazing amenities, everything was so accessible. The breakfast was great ! The staff were very accommodating and pleasant . Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay , handicap or not handicap . We will be back !!

people fantastic but unfortunately bedding wasn't. Turned down the bed to find a pubic hair on bottom sheet. Kind of grossed us out. Garbage policies with cancellation notice, called to change my booking and actually extend it but modify dates, to cancel the first night was the whole first night stay, so I didn’t, so they were upset that I didn’t cancel it. Why would I cancel it when I’m getting charge?

First room, shower curtains has a lot of mold, both red and black. Got a second room, same. Shower mold everywhere. General poor cleaning. I couldn’t take shower during the three nights a slept in this place. I also covered the sink/vanity area with towels as barrier. Don’t wanted to think wether they were clean. Never will be back in any of these places.
