The room was quiet and well equipped for a nights stay. The beds were comfy enough, pillows were a fit flaccid so I doubled up. Cleanliness was a bit of a miss though; door handles were grimy and the doors themselves (especially on the edge) were dirty/hadn’t been wiped down in a while. Black mud/length hair was found on two towels and the bed as well as a pillow. Shower floor was also a bit grimey looking. Touch points like light switches and lamps could have been a bit cleaner as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we would stay again, for the price and convenience, but hope cleanliness improves.

The hotel staff was amazing. The property was very clean and well cared for. Zero complaints except... the room. It felt like I hooked up with a college boy. No lamps (?) the decor felt like Ikea chic. No cabinets... just red hooks. Giant TV, but no way to watch streaming services. Only one desk chair. Weird

Upon arrival the room we had, was not cleaned, so we were moved. Stayed 5 days (4 nights) our room was never tidied or the garbage taken out. One day we came back from appointments to find our door was not properly aligned and the door had not been locked all day. I will not ever book here again.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the front desk staff, particularly Noel. His behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I had booked three rooms under my name for a group of ten staff members attending training. Despite providing the details, Noel refused to let them check in at 1 a.m., insisting that I had to be physically present. When I explained the situation, he claimed that the “primary guest” was rude to him, which was entirely untrue. My only request was that he allow my staff to check in after a long day of travel. He also did not allow them to book rooms claiming that the primary guest (myself) was rude to him over the phone. He let a group of people out of the building at 1 am who were ready to do a fresh booking and pay on the spot to stay at the hotel. His conduct was dismissive, discriminatory, and displayed a lack of basic professionalism and courtesy. What should have been a simple check-in process turned into a stressful and disrespectful encounter. I am not sure how they would handle contact less check that is offered by this hotel? Such a disgrace. People like Noel shouldn’t be working in this industry if they got no iota of empathy and understanding.
