I had an extremely disappointing experience with the front desk staff, particularly Noel. His behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I had booked three rooms under my name for a group of ten staff members attending training. Despite providing the details, Noel refused to let them check in at 1 a.m., insisting that I had to be physically present. When I explained the situation, he claimed that the “primary guest” was rude to him, which was entirely untrue. My only request was that he allow my staff to check in after a long day of travel. He also did not allow them to book rooms claiming that the primary guest (myself) was rude to him over the phone. He let a group of people out of the building at 1 am who were ready to do a fresh booking and pay on the spot to stay at the hotel. His conduct was dismissive, discriminatory, and displayed a lack of basic professionalism and courtesy. What should have been a simple check-in process turned into a stressful and disrespectful encounter. I am not sure how they would handle contact less check that is offered by this hotel? Such a disgrace. People like Noel shouldn’t be working in this industry if they got no iota of empathy and understanding.

Not a lot of shops near by, in walking distance. Breakfast was good but hash Brown's not fully cooked and no meat (bacon, sausage). Shower could have been cleaned better but I'm OCD. Love the vibe, pool table, entry way, rooms are nice and big, like the hardwood floors.

Excellent service and rooms were clean. Location is great. Its convenient for shopping and restaurants. The only downside is the pillows are awful so I highly suggest to bring your own. As well the landscaping outside needs to be tended too every once in awhile. Weeds and long grass make it a unattractive property which is too bad as it is a nice hotel.

I leave in the area. I needed a staycation after I could not get vacation end of August to Banff. I was planning on staying for a couple of nights that turned to 6. Absolutely awesome hotel.

The hotel is quiet and clean. However, the front desk staff are not very friendly. The individual at the desk robotically proceeded through the check in motions, gave us our key, void of any sincerity and hospitality.

I was searching forever to find a handicap accessible hotel so I could take my mom who is 86 in a wheelchair . We hit the jackpot with this place , amazing amenities, everything was so accessible. The breakfast was great ! The staff were very accommodating and pleasant . Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay , handicap or not handicap . We will be back !!
