The staff is great. Very much like the eco-friendliness concept and the amenities available in the lobby. Breakfast is diverse and abundant as well.

Terrible cancelation policy. Would have had to cancel 5 days in advance to not face a penalty. Tried working with Expedia and the hotel directly (who never responds to messages) and would not budge. I'm sorry but things come up. It's on me for not reading the policy.. but what hotel in 2025 doesn't let you cancel 48 hours prior. Super greasy to just keep my money. Didn't cancel so they couldn't rebook my room and make double the profit.

We were provided with a key that didnt work, staff satated the battery on room foor needs battery replacement, then eventually they provided us with a different room. Rooms are clean, however very very little amount of shampoo and soap for hannd washing in the bathroom like it wasnt filled in weeks. Breakfast pretty basic but we hoped for non dairy milk to be present, anf there was no daity free options at all .

Good hotel

Breakfast was basic, but had what you would want. Rooms are a little small (no microwave, no coffee maker/kettle, no closet) but clean, modern and in good condition. Overall a good stay, and would book again. Surrounding area is great surburb, with lots of shops/resturants within a 15min walk.

Overall the hotel was very beautiful better than I had expected. The coffee bar was such a great idea. A few suggestions I would have for improvements are in the rooms themselves are Kleenex also in the bedrooms not just in the bathrooms. We were not a fan of the soap dispensers near the sink, although a great idea in the showers. Not having a proper desk area just a long counter. Hotel never supplied pens or any paper would also be another suggestion. These are just a few ideas to make your hotel to move to a 4-5 star rating. Even without my suggestions I would stay at your hotel again and again. Thank you for a wonderful, and enjoyed stay. Marilyn B
