Well worth it for the price, with a few minor hicc

Really loved it, and would be back. Noticed it was missing some things, like no hand soap and we had to go ask for toilet paper. The pool had no towels, the phone in the pool was not hooked up so i had to call the front desk from my cell. But otherwise the staff were super helpful and friendly, the west tower was very quiet for how busy the hotel was, the suite was super nice for the price. The carpets were outdated and definitely need replacing but otherwise it was clean and nice and comfortable. Although personally I thought the bedding was thin and I had to bring in my own blanket to stay warm. We would definitely stay again and did enjoy our time there.

Not happy

We booked a room that had 2 kings and a bar with a sink. There was no cutlery no coffee mugs to have coffee. We did not have any soap to wash our hands and no hair dryer. Other then that staff was great.

Quiet and convenient

Overall pretty good. The best thing was the shower! Duo shower heads good water flow. Clean beddings. Hubby and son used the swimming pool. I used their gym.

Carpet throughout the hallways - especially the main floor need to be replaced - as very rippled. Elevators could be vaccuumed - as seem to be ignored. Very quiet. B'fast buffet very good!!! Beds very comfy and clean. Bathroom was up to date and clean. Housekeeping attended to our needs with efficiency when asked for more towels.

This hotel was not clean. It is very large but many of the areas are empty and locked making it uninviting. The layout is odd and requires a lot of walking around to get certain elevators. There is a strong smell in the hotel and the hallway of area we stayed at was not temperature controlled. The bathroom was not particularly clean.

A room was a little dusty and it didn't have enough lighting as well as the breakfast area. Their breakfast was good, but there is barely any lighting, a little dark in my opinion. I'm not too sure why they served salad for breakfast. They should have had something else like waffles or something. The churros where very tough to eat and the mini donuts that were served were dry and cold.
