Super conveniently located to Rogers and LRT for stadium and other access. It’s a relatively new unit/building, but guests have treated it poorly. Towel bar is hanging loosely in the bathroom, and the toilet paper dispenser has been ripped out of the wall. The hide-a-bed really needs a clean, and don’t drop the remote between the cushions. Eeww. Bathroom and kitchen were spotless, though, and linens were clean and smelled fresh. Kinda short on supplies (ie, no tea towels, blow dryer, etc.) but not a huge deal. Most concerning was an indication that host would email with “details” at least 48 hours ahead of check-in. Messaged at 24 hours prior to and received a partial response (re parking availability) but nothing about the suite number or access to keys. Phoned VRBO 8 hours prior to check-in (they were very efficient and called host) and I was told I would receive details one hour prior to check-in. Nothing but crickets. At 4 PM on the dot (check-in time) I received complete and specific details. Would have saved a tremendous amount of stress had host messaged and informed me initially that that was his policy. When we arrived, housekeeper was still there - although not for long. Overall, not a bad little place for two, but I’d choose differently if I were to do it again.
