This gorgeous suite is on the corner of 99 ave at the top of 105 street walking distance to the legislature grounds and farmers market in the summer months, ( Starts after May long week end). The building has a private gym for our clients and a Bistro 99 cafe which is used by the surrounding neighborhood, many locals frequent this location because of its beautiful outlook down the hill and across from a heritage park.

The property was extremely clean. Everything was updated and modern. A fully stocked kitchen and lots of extra linens and bedding. The building is super safe and walking distance to so many food options. Great communication Ilynne and Pierre. We would definitively stay again.

Clean and comfy
My husband and I stayed here with some friends for the World Juniors Hockey tournament. The location was perfect. Walking distance to Rogers arena, approximately 15 mins. Lots of restaurants near by. Quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend.

A pleasant downtown stay!
We wanted a downtown highrise so we could enjoy good restaurants - and this condo did the trick! Two full bathrooms and two large bedrooms, with great windows in the living room. Perfect!

Old Friend's visit
This stay was perfect for old friend's catching up for a night. It was comfortable and had all we needed to have a relaxing visit. The views were spectacular day and night, and it was incredibly quiet. Beds and pillows were perfectly comfortable, and the entire apartment was clean. We would definitely book again.

Great condo with views close to downtown
2 bedroom condo with small but well supplied kitchen open to family room. Awesome outside balcony

A very pleasant stay
We are in the fourth month of an extended stay at this property and have found the stay to be enjoyable.Ilyne is an excellent host who keeps the property sparkling clean .She is very personable and promptly responds to any query or requests.The property is very well equipped with all of the furnishings and appliances required for an extended stay if you are planning on doing meal preparation.The building is modern and well maintained and with an excellent bistro on the main floor that serves tasty food and fine libations.
