I booked on Expedia 3 hrs prior to check in and it wasnt in the system. The staff at checkin was rude and would let us checkin with out a valid credit card for a deposit. I offered cash and debit card. My company card was maxed out from previous travel and the payment had not been applied even after 4 days. We had to call a fellow workers mom, woke her up to get her credit card to apply to the deposit. He was also rude her .

Bed was old and worn so it was uncomfortable and noisy when you sat or rolled over. Laundry room was only available when it was almost check- out or check-in time so unrealistic hours. Most hotels have extra toiletries available when needed but here, you even have to pay for a toothbrush or paste. So overall, not a good place to stay, even for a road weary traveler. It seemed the hotel was a local hangout for young people to play pool as the group was rather large and quite loud, even late unto the night.
