"The room was very clean. We love the large rooms and always comfortable beds. The location is very convenient, right next to the grocery store, community park and Sea Shanty restaurant right across the street, and just a block to beach access. We always enjoy our stay here."

"Just here for a shower and a sleep. Clean comfy bed. A/C and Fan ..fireplace is cute ...but I'm a woman of a certain age iykyk. Pretty sure they have a water softener so go easy on the shampoo or you'll be rinsing all day . Walls are thin. I could hear conversation in the next room and lots of thumps and bumps ... Definitely will stay here again . It would be great with the grandkids."

"I love the Cypress Tree Motel. I think this was my 3rd time visiting. I love the fact that it's got its own identity, it's not part of a huge chain, it's quirky, cozy, and in a great location. The staff is super nice and welcoming. It's not fancy, but it's a safe place to stay while visiting the cute seaside town of Cayucos. The beach is across the street, all Cayucos restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. I'll keep coming back, for sure."
