From the moment you pull up to Condo you'll love the beautiful setting nestled in the quiet pines. Located on the upper level of the condo complex. This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 Full bathroom condo sits right in the heart of Estes Park. The modern rustic character creates the perfect mood for a getaway of relaxing and unwinding.

There are 2 free outdoor parking spaces for cars with this property, no garage.

When you enter you will walk into a cozy living area with a fireplace that frames your wooded setting. This unit offers an open concept with the kitchen adjacent to the the living area. The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you will need to make those special meals for your getaway vacation in Estes Park. Riverside Getaway offers a private deck area where you can enjoy a cup of morning coffee while watching wildlife pass through the area.

The Master Bedroom features a Queen bed, and master bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed as well with attached second bathroom. The second bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway for guests, and has a full size shower and tub. The additional bed is a full size sofa sleeper in the Livingroom. There is a private washer/dryer for you and free WIFI. This property does not have Air Conditioning but there are ceiling fans.

This is a second floor unit and you will need to climb stairs to access it.

Good location, easily accessible to points of interest.Easy check-in and checkout process. Good communication.Wish property did not have carpeted floors and dark colored linen and towels. Wooded floors, white linen and towels give a rental property a cleaner feeling.Balcony did not have a real Mountain View. I was disappointed.

Loved this condo! Comfy beds, plenty of room, great porch, great views, great location. Can't say enough about this place! We will definitely stay here again. Property Manager was quick when our coffee maker broke. Again, this is the place you want to rent.

Perfect in every way!

This is the rare VRBO I would truly love to return to. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 5: comfortable beds, two bathrooms, great kitchen, porch/balcony, and loved having laundry. Walkable to a couple restaurants and very easy access to RMNP, where we were spending our time. We saw elk and a black bear near the condo. The property manager was very responsive when we needed anything. We loved our stay and will recommend widely!

Great location. Beaver Meadows entrance to the park is about 10 min drive. EP Brewery & Hive restaurant visible from the balcony, 2 minutes walk, great beer & food !Condo is very practical, beds comfy. Kitchen had everything necessary, we were mostly making coffee in the morning & then gone most of the day
 back from the hikes in the park & out again walking around town. Great vacation! RMNP is beautiful, awesome hiking trails, we saw elks, turkeys, moose every single day :)

Felt like a comfortable home

My wife and I met our son in Estes Park for a long weekend. This home was perfect for us, and it has quite well-appointed kitchen. The balcony and rocking chairs were my favorite. The location makes walking to downtown possible but keeps the traffic noise at a minimum. This home is well-maintained and we all said it looks more like a personal home than a rental place. Loved it, would go back.

Weekend wedding stay

Perfect apartment for my stay with grandson and his wife. We were able to participate in a family wedding and enjoy the beautiful mountain town as well. The unit was well stocked with info and whatever was needed. Most comfortable and amenities were in good taste.

We were lucky to snag this reservation after someone canceled. The location was perfect. Not on the main drag but really close which made it easy to get around every day. The condo was clean, nice and quite welcoming. Thank you for a great stay!

Had a good stay at the condo and was everything expected. The ongoing road construction made the walk to town a little more difficult though not the condo’s fault. Could use four comfortable chairs on the outside deck for four people!

Perfect home base for the park

This was our first trip to RMNP and the condo was the perfect home base. We were so comfortable here it felt like home. It’s only minutes from the park entrance or the town. There’s a great mountain view from inside and the deck, and we saw elk and deer in the yard. Would definitely recommend it.

Perfect distance from both rocky mountain NP and Estes park.- you felt out of the hustle and bustle but close enough for convenience. Amazing views outside on the deck as well! We loved our stay!

Probably the BEST stocked kitchen in a vrbo I’ve ever seen. My only comment is that there is a LOT of road construction in this area of Estes Park. Directions to the condo can be a bit complicated but no issues once we got there.

Comfort and convenience

We stayed at Cozy Condo for a week and found it to be a comfortable place when not out in the surrounding mountains. It was also convenient to town and RMNP. We enjoyed watching elk from the balcony.
