This condo is 3 miles to the Beaver Meadows entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and 5 miles to downtown Estes Park.

Step into MacGregor Mountain 27C, a cozy one bedroom condo with spectacular views of Mary's Lake and the Rocky Mountains. Awake each day and savor a cup of coffee in the beautiful morning light. Take a stroll to serene Mary's Lake for fishing or skipping rocks. After a long day of activities in Rocky Mountain National Park, curl up and enjoy the warmth of an intimate gas fireplace or soak in your own private hot tub.

From the parking lot, walk up the flight of stairs to the deck and private hot tub. Enter into the open living area where you'll notice the Queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. The efficiency-style kitchen is well equipped for preparing simple meals. At the end of the day enjoy a hot cup of cocoa on your deck while taking in the brilliant night skies.

A short trip down the hallway takes you to the bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combo and two sinks. Step back into the hall and discover the Master bedroom. This Master bedroom features a King size bed, flat screen TV and fireplace.

MacGregor Mountain 27C will keep you warm and cozy in the winter and cool and comfortable in the summer with Central Air Conditioning.

This lovely condo accommodates up to 4 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home!

Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills.

No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets-Fines apply.

No outside fires.

Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.

Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.

Quiet time at 9pm.

Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, additional supplies and toiletries can be purchased in town.

Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, the community hot tub (not your private one) and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, and additional hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

Overall nice space. Tiny fridge, hot tub cover was damaged and very difficult to remove and put back on. Some walls were nicked up. Overall a nice place after you find it. Beautiful view! Wonderful location!

Great location...just a couple minutes from downtown Estes one way and the entrance to RMNP the other way. Check-in process was very easy. King size bed was very comfortable with very nice pillows. Nice bathroom with huge whirpool tub and double-sink vanity made getting ready for the day for 2 people effortless. Ceiling fans in living room & bedroom worked well. We didn't have time to use the hot tub. Lots of spices, coffee for the 12-cup pot, range top, microwave and dorm-size frig were a plus. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Perfect size for 2 adults. Close to everything we wanted to do. Hottub cover needs attention, very hard to put back on (middle seam is separating on cover and the flip back mechanism nearly impossible for 1 person to operate in it’s current condition).

Almost 5 Stars

Great location with mountain views. Peaceful and quiet. Very clean. Minutes to RMNP entrance, great restaurants and downtown Estes. Large bathroom was nice. I would not stay in this particular unit again though, because the bed dipped significantly towards the middle and was very uncomfortable. A new mattress would elevate this rental from 4 stars to 5.

Great weekend getaway

We have frequented Estes Park over the past five years and enjoy our hikes in Rocky Mountain. This was a very quiet base camp for us, close to the park, nice views from the hot tub. My husband and I were the only occupants during this trip and found the space to be sufficient for our needs. I would have given my overall stay more stars however the bed in the master bedroom was quite frankly the worst I have ever experienced in our travels. Needs replaced asap, we shared the middle of the bed as it dipped heavily, had to literally climb out of the bed.

Awesome location, even better views!

Great spot for a couple looking to get away! Rental was small but perfect for what we were looking for. Awesome views from the jacuzzi on the patio and the inside was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a weekend in the mountains!

Great location

It was an excellent location, close to everything we did - hiking and rafting. 3 adults stayed and it was a bit tight, but we weren't in the cabin often so worked out great. The hot tub was amazing after hiking all day. It would have been nice to have some chairs outside to just sit - beautiful mountain view.

Nice place !!! We enjoyed it !!! Hot tube needs cleaned or something out jet tube blowed harder than the hot tube also there was a part of a jet that was in the filter part like it had already been pulled out !! It was ok just disappointing cause we love hot tubes !!! But we had a good time ! Oh and no sugar !!!!!!

Great View and Location

The views, private hot tub and location were great. However, our unit is a tired unit in dire need of updating, The carpet was filthy and had many ripples. The floors were all dirty. The sofa sags to 10" off the floor and is difficult to get off of. The bedroom window cannot be opened, as the crank is broken. The living room tv has 2 remotes and neither could change the channels until it was reprogrammed. The freezer lid does not close & needs a defrost. The bath has mold around both sinks and tub. The fireplace did not work. Management fixed the fireplace and remotes. They said the carpet is cleaned in spring and they knew the window was broken. She requested pictures of the mold. We sent them 4 pictures and nothing happened with the mold and dirt problems we reported during our stay of another 5 days.

Such an amazing experience

Definitely coming back! We absolutely loved this condo! The area is so nice and kept up. It has a lodge feeling and the sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. The hot tub was so nice after a long day of hiking in the RMNP. The bed was comfy, the condo clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were very updated! We also saw herds of elk almost every day right outside the condo in the fields! Such a lovely place to stay. Great distance to Estes Park yet secluded and quiet. We will be back!
