6 minute drive to the Village of Cooperstown. Cooperstown, the Village, was voted #2 destination in the county to visit. Cooperstown Village area has a lot to offer vacationers, so why not be close to it?

If you like a house that's new, clean, private, fun, and well put together...then, you have found your spot to call home. -- We just added PICKLEBALL and DISC GOLF Course, along with all our other games. It doesn't get better than this.

We provide the pool towels, bath towels, hand towels, linens, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, soap in showers, garbage bags, laundry detergent (we have 4 new pair of W/D), dishwasher detergents, dish soap, and sponges. Who would want to shop for all that when on vacation? --

We provide 2 box-fans you can barrow and use in your kid's barracks, so no need to buy and travel with them.

We provide an All Terrain Sports Wagon, Heavy Duty, 350 Lbs Capacity Collapsible Wagon with Big Wheels, so you can bring it to the ball-park for the parents can use. We provide 2 coolers for the house. Again, no need to buy and bring, barrow ours.

This house is big and spacious for a Team's families to stay. -- Just let us know that you want to bring your team back for your Team Party.

We put 40-50 man and women hours in between each change-over.

Most everything is new as of 2022...mattresses, leather sofas, multiple fire-pits, 36" outdoor griddle, a Weber BBQ Grill, a 33 ft.' long heated pool, etc. This house is tuned-up and ready to enjoy. We pride ourselves in cleanliness and producing an A-product for you.

My family enjoyed traveling with our kid's teams like this, so I know what we wanted in a property that housed an entire team. We created "A-Team House" that can house an entire team's families with lots of space inside and outside to enjoy. The location is private and ideal. The livable space is approximately 8,000 sq.ft., and well laid-out. There is plenty of space to eat together (we seat 38 inside and more outside for meals), sit together (we have 4 TV areas throughout the house with a total of 14 sofas and other areas to sit and enjoy), we can fit 14+ cars comfortably, so you can and enjoy your time together. The property is on 15 private acres surrounded by woods. We have a separate building with games, TV, and more. Some of the games we have are PICKEL-BALL, ping-pong, indoor basketball game (Pop-A-Shot), outdoor basketball hoop, outdoor Disc Golf, Bag-O, darts, Corn-hole, Kan Jam, Wiffleball, TVs, music, and more (rain or shine, morning or night). We have big-chalk, so you can draw on the large paved drive-way (the kids love to draw on the driveway), and/or for a basketball game. The lawn is flat; we have a great space to play Wiffleball, BBQ on our Weber grill, and we have a 36" outdoor griddle to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner on outside. (Yes, we have multiple refrigerators, multiple dishwashers, multiple microwaves, multiple coffee makers, multiple fire-pits, multiple washer and dryers, and the list goes on. Inside the main house we have 5 common area spaces. (One of them is a 1,000 sq.ft., open Family Room, so you can relax, watch TV on the new 75" TV, play games, listen to music, and tell stories around the sofas and tables. We have 3 large outside decks areas, with multiple gas fire-pits. We have seating so everyone can eat together either inside or outside we can accommodate everyone. (A team that eats together, stays together!)

Our basketball hoop, ping-pong, disc golf course, and Pickelball get lots of play/enjoyment. Along with our other games and pool.

We added Disc Golf for 2023. If you haven't played, it's fun. Look it up online. Anyone can play.

We added a Spin Bike for 2023.

We have a dedicated staff that handles the maintenance of the house and property, so you are in good hands 24/7. (We have a full-house, standby generator too:o))

We have 1-GB of internet speed, so if you are working, you should have no problem.

Grocery store is 4 minutes away, along with pizza place, liquor store, coffee and sandwich place, ice-cream store, and other stores are 4 minutes too. A+ location.
