Beautiful and serene spot! Hosts were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. We absolutely loved tiny house living! Pool was a huge bonus for the kids, providing hours of entertainment. Highly recommend to all potential visitors, especially those coming to play baseball.

This place is a gem. Beautiful surroundings, modern amenities and so relaxing. Close enough to what Cooperstown has to offer but total seclusion on the property itself. Mark and Debbie were extremely helpful if we needed them. Highly recommend if you have a small group.

Clean & quiet

The property was very clean upon arrival. The smaller size of the house didn’t bother us as we spent most of our time at the ball fields. The ping pong table, pool, and fire pit are a nice touch. Mark was very responsive when we had questions.

Beautiful Home!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Honey Joe during our son's week at Cooperstown Dream Parks. The home is close enough to the park, but yet away from all the hustle that it truly was a vacation for us! The home is very clean and thoughtfully appointed with everything you need. Mark and Debbie are superior hosts! They were readily available to answer any questions we had. The views are gorgeous. It was so easy to relax poolside and get away from it all! I highly recommend this home!

Amazing house with pool.

This was the perfect house and pool for our week at Cooperstown Dream Park. Mark was attentive and helpful. He set up a ping png table that we played for hours. Pool was refreshing and clean. My family had a great time and if we had to go back, we would definitely return to this house.

Exceeds Expectations!!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our "home away from home", during our son's week at Cooperstown Dream Parks. If we had any questions, Mark and Debra were easily accessible and quick to respond. The home had everything that you could think of that you would need (including coffee filters, trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent, pool towels, etc.). The kitchen is fully stocked with anything that you would need to cook a meal or to use the grill outside. There is lots of privacy with the home, and it is located on a private, gravel road. The heated pool was a nice bonus for our family and the views were AMAZING!!! We would highly recommend this property. It was worth every penny!

Amazing Getaway!

We came to town for the Dreams Tournament and this property is perfect for that!! We were close enough to the fields that we were able to come back for a swim in between games. Gorgeous views, amazing amenities, and superior hosts!

Beautiful property

This house was perfect for my daughters (both 10), and myself, while we were in town for my son’s Cooperstown tournament. It was spotlessly clean, exactly as advertised, and such an easy commute to Dreams Park. Mark (the host) was communicative and always available. Debbie left personal touches on our arrival. I definitely recommend this stay! It’s small, but absolutely perfect for what we needed. Everything was provided for us, from towels to laundry detergent. We just had to show up and enjoy!

Cooperstown Week

We just wrapped up a beautiful week at Honey Joe Acres. The house was impeccably clean and well appointed - lots of extras (plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows, pantry items). The home itself is situated with a gorgeous view of rolling hills. Highly recommend this as a getaway whether you’re planning to be back and forth from Dreams park (approx 15min) or just exploring the area.

Cooperstown Baseball Trip

Wonderful stay in the beautiful hills of Fly Creek. Clean and quiet property with a great view and trails to explore the property. A large heated pool with bath house that entertained our family in the mornings and night. House felt and looked brand new.

Peaceful getaway & close to Cooperstown

Our family (Husband, Wife, & 16 year old son) stayed for a week while our 12 year old played in the Cooperstown baseball tournament. This was a great property. The house is extremely clean, the property is super peaceful, and the pool was great. Everything looks as good as the pictures, and it’s only a 15 minute drive to Dreams Park and the HoF - close enough to everything and far enough to get away if you prefer. I definitely recommend and would stay here again.

More beautiful than expected!

First off the place was amazing! The host's Mark, Debra & their son were most gracious. 300 acres of beautiful scenery from every spot on the property. The house was very nice. The pool is huge and heated with plenty of seating and to lay out. They bought us brand new fishing poles and worms to fish in their 2 huge ponds. The trails that are cut for walking/hiking were long and beautiful. They had every amenity that you could hope for and more. You don't need to bring anything other than your personal clothing. They gave us as much firewood as we wanted. This place is perfect in every way. Thank you to the host's for making it such a pleasurable time.
