This unit has one king bed and is a newly renovated studio. It is 5 minutes from the beach, restaurants and bars. Park your car and walk everywhere or Uber in. The street itself is a quiet retreat. This is a lower unit located on Carolina Avenue, FMB.
Please know we have acid washed the pool and have all new pool equipment. Unfortunately Ian stained the pool. I am told the stain may fade over time with the chemicals. If not, then I have to resurface the pool which is not an option now. The pool and spa can be heated. The spa/lights shut down at 10p.m. for the night due to FMB's noise ordinance. Charcoal BBQ by the pool and one by your entrance.

It all has been updated and has appliances for cooking anything. We provide beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, beach wagon, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, body soap, hand sanitizer, It is the downstairs unit and the pool is shared with the upstairs unit.

My property manager, if available, does airport pickups and drop-offs to/from RSW and he will make a stop on the way in for groceries/liquor at the Super Walmart if needed. The cost is $40.

Our Beach Stay
The home was as advertised. The owner was very close by and extremely accomodating. Pretty much all beach gear was provided - chairs, umbrella, and cooler. There was even a wagon to haul it all down there. One of the chairs was broken and the owner gave us 2 brand new chairs to use and leave in the house.

Fort Myers Beach getaway
The studio apartment was just as pictured on the website and a great getaway for a couple. The bed/pillows were very comfortable as well. It was nice to be able to purchase groceries and have a small kitchen to eat out of (no stove but there is a microwave and air fryer which was good enough to heat up food). It was also great to have a wagon to take to the beach (which is just a couple blocks away) as well as two beach chairs and an umbrella. There are no closets but there is a dresser and some hooks on the wall with hangers to hang up your clothes on. There is also a small pool and a hot tub (we didn't use the hot tub) that was nice to come back to after being at the beach. The pool/hot tub is shared with the upstairs unit but that wasn't a problem for us. Maria was a great hostess and gave us many tips on where to eat.

Perfect for couples!
ADORABLE property (really could not have been more homey and comfortable) in a quiet, cute neighborhood but SO convenient to beautiful beaches and lots of fun bars and restaurants! Maria is a wonderful host- we could not have asked for a better place with nicer people. HIGHLY recommend. P.S. no need for a car, we did rent one for the drive in and out but otherwise parked it, timing later arrival and early departure good tip to avoid traffic in awesome FMB!!!

Relaxing vacation
The studio was just perfect for the 2 of us.We were able to walk to the beach and shops. Came stocked with lots of little goodies, including snacks. The bed was extremely comfortable. Description of home in ad was spot on! It was a pleasure meeting the Host!!! Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Property terrific, as advertised. What was confusing and non property related is there were two ambiguous charges for approximately $190 that We’re not listed initially but appeared after booking. Not sure if these are VRBO charges or host charges but felt there was a bit of a bait and switch… Not surprised. Only accepting positive feedback. That’s ok, it’s on yelp and a few other consumer rating sites…
