Disrespectful. Hôtel did not answer my emails before arrival date. Really hate the non refundable aspect. Working with the traveller who needs options to change details should be the only accommodation options that Expedia allows onto their platform.

Nice little hotel. I was very surprised at how cute everything was. Would be nice if you served free breakfast. That was the only downside. The rooms are a bit small once you pull out the sofa bed. The pool was out of service too. But the gym was nice and new. Overall we loved our stay. Will be staying here again.

From the minute i walked through the front entrance front desk greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. I walked into our room and the room was immaculate. Super clean everything was neat cozy i have nothing bad to say about the room. My son and I were very happy and had a great 2 nights of sleep. The only one thing i have to say is on night 2 when we came back to the room our room key card wasnt working at the back doors and on our room. I went down to front desk let them know and they were very helpful with giving me new key cards.
