5 min walk to Galeria / MyZiel shopping center .Metro ..Roof top view is great for breakfast - dinner / drinks Nice lobby and reading area with lot of books .The problem is they have small elevators / somehow chlostrophobic but still .I am happy to stay .

Good location great staff

The hotel is as nice and location good. The check in staff were lovely and helpful. Unfortunately the ac wasn’t working so it was very hot (we weren’t told this until we asked) so had to sleep with windows open which is incredibly noisy not to mention when the bins get emptied early in the am!! Also the carpet looks very tired and dirty. Definitely wouldn’t walk barefoot. The gym could go with an upgrade too although it was quiet and fine for a short stay.

Room was good and clean. Checkin out ok more than reasonable time, One person on on desk and 3 round another but not serving anyone. Breakfast was a shambles. No tables, no cups for coffee, lack of food….. very disappointed
