This stunning 6-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home combines modern mountain style with the warmth and space you need for unforgettable group getaways.

Wake up each morning to breathtaking views of Byers Peak and Winter Park Ski Mountain, visible right from the comfort of your home. Whether you're hitting the slopes, hiking along the Fraser River, or strolling to local bars and restaurants, this home puts you at the center of it all—just 20 yards from the free shuttle stop and 12 minutes from the resort.

Inside, you’ll find two spacious living areas, a cozy stone fireplace, and modern finishes throughout. We had a couple of minor issues upon arrival which the host resolved very quickly. Overall the property was in great shape. We could not have asked for a better experience.

The home accommodated our group of 10 people very well. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and foosball table. The kitchen and living room provided us enough room to play games and cards. We also enjoyed the views from the deck after a day of skiing. We really appreciated the short walk (about 70 steps) to the free shuttle stop. Highly recommended. We will be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: easy to find and get in and out of. snowplows always had the roads cleared. only issue was the beds were hard as a rock.

Reviewer Comments: This place in Fraser was absolutely perfect! Beautiful setting with stunning mountain views, super clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The location was ideal—peaceful but close to Winter Park and great hiking. We felt right at home and can’t wait to come back!

The house was family friendly. The youngest child we had staying at the house was 13 years old, so no really small children were with our group. We had issues with getting into the house initially because the cleaning crew was there over an hour late. We were finally able to enter the house around 530pm. They did give us a 100 credit back and a check out time of 11am, so that made up for it somewhat. The house itself was cozy, but not super clean. The bathroom rugs looked like they had not been washed in a while. The floors were also very dirty in the bathrooms. One of the upstairs toilets had a ring around it. The blankets in the living room smelled musty like they had not been washed in a while. There were no curtains or blinds in the basement rooms. The host was amazing! She was very responsive and made communicating very easy. Another issue was there was a power surge and the fridge kept turning off on us. We had to reset the breaker about 4 or 5 times in total to turn it back on.
