Seas the Moment’ has been thoughtfully updated for maximum comfort and convenience! The owner has replaced the Queen bed in the master en-suite with a brand new King-size bed, offering superior orthopedic support and plush comfort to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

This home is packed with great features, including a spacious kitchen, two large dining tables, two refrigerators, a roomy pantry, and modern accent lighting. The layout provides well-spaced bedrooms for added privacy, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together.

Outdoor amenities include a large outdoor shower, a fenced-in yard for your furry friends, a gated deck, a picnic table, and a swing, creating the perfect space for gathering with loved ones and making lifelong memories. Additionally, this home is within walking distance of six other rental properties we manage, making it a fantastic option for multiple families booking together for family reunions, weddings, or group retreats.

For added convenience, ‘Seas the Moment’ features a ramp for easy access, making it simple to transport wagons, rolling ice chests, and wheelchairs. The small fenced yard provides a safe space for children and pets to enjoy the outdoors.

Pet Policy:

We love dogs just as much as you do! You’re welcome to bring up to two well-behaved dogs with an additional non-refundable pet fee. We kindly ask that:

‱ Owners clean up after them in the yard.

Saving our Vacation..

We booked a different property for our family vacation (4 adults, 5 kids, +dog). The first property was a disaster and we were very discouraged with the processes and their management team’s “solutions.” Seas the Moment, and the property managers who maintain the listing, were AMAZING! They were incredibly helpful, communication was so easy, and they helped accommodate us quickly after our original ordeal. So thankful for them. We loved our stay!

A great place for a multigeneration family stay with 2 dogs! The balcony is amazing!

The property was well maintained and clean. The ramp for my mom and small yard for the dogs were essential for us and worked out well. The staff was easy to get a hold of and communication was great! We did have issues with the washing machine, which they did try to fix but they were unable to, so the the resort staff were great with coming to replace bathroom towels for us.They were really good with meeting our needs on the last day (Sunday). We had to leave a little late and they allowed us to leave a special beach wheelchair that we had picked up from the City of Surfside, in the garage area until we could get it turned in the next day when the city office was open. (The covered balcony was very nice but the patio furniture really needs to be replaced. Some of the seats are starting to rust. The patio cushions were nice and covered this up but it could be dangerous.)

Cute beach house right across the dunes from the beach. Comfortable accommodations.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Bonus, my favorite color is purple! It is comfortable for my handicapped mother. We appreciate the ramp for easy access with a Walker.

Family Thanksgiving at the Beach

This house suited our family very well, access to the beach for the kids without crossing the street and a ramp for the family member who uses a walker. The house is very comfortable and superficially clean but candy wrappers and candy in the bedroom drawers and kitchen drawers and utensils needing cleaning were a drawback.

Nice beachy stay

The house was nice and roomy. we enjoyed our stay, we loved we that we had beach access and didn’t have to walk to far. The down fall of the property was the moldy air condition vents in both bathrooms and the overall cleanliness wasn’t great, dust everywhere. They may want to look into hiring a different cleaning crew.

Rain, Rain, Go Away

The property is in a great location and is an easy walk to the beach. Plenty of room inside and outside to relax and enjoy the beach breeze. The weather was predicted to rain all weekend, but we were lucky and only got a few clouds. We look forward to another trip next summer.

Disappointing

First , they send us the wrong code to open the lock and when I called the answer was , we Just check and all locks are working in a rude manner , just to find out minutes later they send wrong code . Beds are not done , they charge you a linen fee , just for you to have the right to use the lines and you want to find the beds done you need to pay extra . At time of check out , it’s customary for properties to ask to load the dishwasher but here they want you to put away all the dishes They expect you to mop , and clean all surfaces . And to clean the bathroom with cleaner and soup . Toilet and everything . I have copy of the hand written instructions posted on the fridge . They also said you should have the BBQ pit clean after you use it , but it was no way to use it , it was rusty and dirty . I also have pictures of it . Anyhow , overall first property booked through VRBO I have this experience . Also first one I booked that does not have previous reviews to read . Overall won’t recommend it unless serious changes on property management amd customer service are done .
