Just walk outside and bike or walk the path in the summer, and snowshoe or Nordic ski the path during the winter. Plus, you’re just a short shuttle ride to Main Street Frisco and the surrounding ski resorts. You and your family or group will love this place!

This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome is a perfect retreat for up to seven people. Nicely updated, guests love it location in Frisco, the heart of Summit County. Look at how nice it is on the inside, too! The living area welcomes you with a beautiful gas fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the flat-screen TV or just relax and chat. The large windows flood this open area with sunshine all year long. And just outside on the balcony to relax on while taking in those great mountain views.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and seating for six: four at the dining table and two at the counter. Other amenities include a 1-car garage, a washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

The best things about this property are its convenient location and outstanding mountain views. It was very quiet and peaceful and right on the rec path. We enjoyed being able to walk or ride our bikes to town or the lake. It was very nice to having the garage to lock up our bikes nightly.

Perfect spot for our family vacation

We had a great experience staying at the townhome for our family vacation. The location was great, we could easily walk to Walmart and Safeway for groceries and to restaurants for dinner. Main Street was less than 5 mins away by car. We also enjoyed being so close to the rec path, we enjoyed walking and biking to Walter Byron park on the rec path with our kids. The house was clean and well appointed. Plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry soap, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The furniture in the living room was comfortable and all the electronics worked great. Our little boys liked playing the board games that were provided and riding their bikes in the cul de sac. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Weekend Ski Rental

The townhouse was clean and had nice furnishings. We enjoyed the garage which had an 8' door which left plenty of room for our SUV and Thule Carrier. Overall it is well maintained and very clean. There were slight signs of aging but nothing that would prevent us from staying or recommending the place to friends or family. The hosts were communicated well and responded promptly, which we really appreciated. We also appreciated that they came by and shoveled the driveway!

Frisco quick access to all

We loved this property so much. Easy location right off 70 and close to the local ski rental shop. Accessible to many different ski resorts and a quick drive into Breckenridge downtown area. The townhouse was cozy and the view was unbeatable. Even with the downpour of snow, we were well equipped with all the amenities the home provided.

Okay Stay

The unit was alright. The tub in the unit was not usable and was spitting out black residue/ mold even after maintenance came and cleaned it. This was a big disappointment as it was the primary reason this location was selected over others. Also, the check in and out times were later/ earlier to give the cleaning crew, “time to clean,” but they still had a chore list.

We were a party of 5. 2 adults l, 3 teenagers. Plenty of room, space for everyone. Great location to Keystone, Cooper Mountain, and Breckenridge. Close proximity to Frisco's downtown area, as well as 2 grocery stores and other restaurants. We loved our stay. Look forward to staying here again.

Very nice, very convenient

The property is super conveniently located, close to I-70, and close to all major ski resorts. The house has a bedroom on the first floor (garage level) and on the third floor. The second floor is the kitchen and living room. The quality of the house and the amenities is good. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Great location, beautiful walk to town

Our family of five stayed three nights at the townhome and it was set up perfectly. Lots of extra blankets, games, dvd’s and a well stocked kitchen. There is a beautiful path to downtown Frisco that takes you through the park and over the river — it’s about a 10-15 min walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Ride the Rockies family get-together

The unit we rented 681B Meadow Drive was a very lovely unit. Having three bathrooms was very nice. It was well appointed with bedding and kitchen furnishings. It was well located next to a bike path which lead to a beautiful park by the river.

Great condo!

This was a perfect place to stay for four nights. It's smartly decorated and as great mountain views. Has a wonderful gas fireplace that made it cozy. Has great lighting and window coverings. Has a garage to keep the car warm(er). Is close to the grocery (Safeway, etc.). Is in a quiet area. Is close to Breck, Keystone, Copper Mtn. (I skied all 3). The kitchen was so well-equipped and inviting that I went out to dinner only one night ... staying "home" was more appealing. Only drawback was miscommunication from the rental agency. This included a note saying that I had to make a final payment through a portal or my agreement was subject to cancellation within 24 hours (in fact, the entire thing had been paid on my card) and confusion over garbage that was to be placed "inside the complex dumpster" (no detail on where that was and when I called, it was not a quick and easy exchange of information). All in all, though, was very pleased and would love to come again sometime.

Checking in and out was easy and convenient. Rental was spacious and comfortable, only complaint was the jets in the master bath tub are in need of a proper cleaning, I turned them on while bathing and tons of black flakes shot out.

Comfy place in a great location

We booked this place to relax in the mountains and it delivered on that. Unit was in a great location to grocery stores and was only a short walk downtown to restaurants/shopping. Unit had a well-stocked kitchen utensil/pans/dinnerware. Would recommend.
