Welcome to your perfect mountain getaway at Watertower Place Condos in Frisco. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo with a loft comfortably sleeps 8 across a king bed, queen bed, twin-over-full bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa.

Step inside to a bright, modern living area featuring cozy seating around a fireplace and mounted TV—ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for casual dining, while a separate dining area accommodates more formal meals. A convenient half bathroom is located just off the main living space.

Unwind in your private outdoor hot tub, the perfect way to soothe tired muscles after mountain adventures.

The luxurious primary suite offers a king bed, TV, and a spa-like en suite bathroom complete with a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual-sink vanity, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and its own en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual-sink vanity. The loft provides additional sleeping space with a twin-over-full bunk bed as well as a dedicated workspace—great for remote work.

We enjoyed our stay in this well appointed and well cared for two bedroom condo. It is located a three block walk from Main Street where all the restaurants and stores are located. It is a mile drive for groceries. The fire place and hot tub were wonderful additions to our stay. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals for your family. We weren’t prepared for carrying luggage up 20 stairs at 9000+ feet upon arrival. In summer with the windows open to cool the bedrooms at night the traffic on the adjacent traffic circle was surprisingly busy all night.

Easy Access to Everything

This was a great property for four friends spending time in the mountains. It's easy to get to from Denver. It's easy to get to multiple mountain spots south, west and north of the Condo and when you want to hang out you're right next to Main street in Frisco where you can relax and enjoy yourself amongst different restaurants and shops.

This was a lovely place to stay! So close to downtown Frisco, the marina, and Breck! :) We had a lovely in-state stay-cation here. Would definitely book again! The hot tube was lovely, great sized kitchen, and everyone had their own space to hang out. We also loved the hot tub on the balcony - how fun! :)

The Perfect Colorado Summer Vacation

This really is the perfect place; location, accommodations, price & views. Our family loves getting up in the mountains for a change of scenery during the summer. This place is an easy walk to all that Frisco has to offer as well as amazing amenities to boot.

Nice Place...BUT Terribly Noisy Location

This property, while centrally located, is 100-150 feet from a BUSY traffic circle which is the main 4 lane highway that leads to/from Breck. Horns beeping, loud mufflers etc. were almost constant. Oh! the fire station is also very nearby. Since there is no A/C we either had to keep the windows open, which was not an option due to noise, or keep them closed and sleep hot with fans (which was still kind of noisy) The deck and hot tub also face this busy side and while using the hot tub it was hard to hear each other talk due to traffic noise at times. We were hoping for a relaxing mountain getaway; this was not it. We've stayed in NYC hotels that were quieter. If you are not concerned with noise (at all) and visit during a colder month so as not to open windows, it is in fact a nice property. Beds were very comfy, kitchen was well appointed and nicely decorated. The mgmt. co. was extremely responsive and even brought us an extra fan. The loft bedroom was a bit less than ideal since any noise from the living room or kitchen would be heard by whomever was sleeping there, so kind of need to go to bed/wake-up at the same time. Again, nice place but due to location and the set up of the 3rd sleeping area, this was not a fit for us by far.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful property, loved the hot tub, centrally located, property manager very responsive! We had the windows open at night, and the traffic circle was louder than we expected (nothing owners/managers can control, but that is why the location is 4 vs 5). Would love to return!
