Ask any Summit County local and they’ll tell you: Frisco is a cool town. And River Glen Brookside is one of the coolest condos in town! Bright and filled with sunlight, it’s just one block from the great restaurants and shops on Frisco’s Main Street, as well as the free Summit Stage shuttle stop to whisk you to the slopes. This condo is a great choice for you and your group! You'll also enjoy access to the shared community hot tub.

The living area features a wood-burning stove centered below floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s a great place to relax and take in the soothing sounds of Ten Mile Creek running just outside, or catch the game (or the morning snow report) on the flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen is nicely updated with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, and there’s room for six at the dining room table and two more at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include a washer/dryer in the unit, complementary Wi-Fi, and a one-car garage with an additional outdoor parking space. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Perfect Location

My family and I had a wonderful time in Frisco, staying at this apartment. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed, comfortable and, best of all, centrally located from Keystone, Breck and Vail. Downtown Frisco also has the perfect atmosphere for low key after-ski dinners and retail. We’d definitely recommend and return.

Great location!

We have been spending summers in Frisco and this was one of the best rentals. The location is close to hiking, biking, Dillon Reservoir, and Main Street. The sound of the stream in the back lulled us to sleep every night. The availability of the garage to store all our gear during our stay was a big bonus. The kitchen was clean, organized and well-stocked. Summit Rentals was responsive to all our questions and checked in to make sure our stay was going well.

Great place to stay.

I was absolutely thrilled with the condo and it’s location. The proximity to Main St was a big plus. The condo was clean and spacious. Had everything that was needed in the kitchen. Will definitely make the effort to get the same place next time. My only recommendation would be for a larger tv to enjoy in the evening. Other than that, the place was perfect.

Great property and location

Open space, natural light, fully equipped kitchen. Frisco is a cute little town not far from many great ski resorts: Arapaho, Copper are real close and Vail is half an hour away. My only complaint is that they could have let stay for a late check-out that day instead of charging us for another night. It was end of season, April 6, so I doubt that there were other guests coming soon. Our flight was late at night and we wanted to be able to stay at the property until 8 pm. They did give us the same rate for an additional night but we didn't stay an additional night, we just needed a few hours.

Ski condo was perfect

Our family spent a few days in January to enjoy some fresh powder. The condo was ideally located a block North of Main Street Frisco, super easy access to restaurants and shopping. The unit was clean and worked well for our family of 5. The wood burning fireplace was a nice touch for the cold weather (just make sure you bring your own firewood). Would definitely stay again.

Loved this condo. Have stayed at River Glen multiple times and by far this was the nicest unit. Great light and views. Really well equipped. Recommend bringing your own firewood and something to split it with.

Perfect location, charming condo

Loved our stay here! The condo is adorable- wonderful art, furniture and bedding. You can hear the creek flowing- it's so peaceful- and we would open the patio door to hear it a bit more as we sipped our coffee. Our boys caught fish right out back. Only a block off of Main Street, so we walked into town every morning. Really appreciate the lovely stay- thank you!

Bigger and better!

This location was a dream. Everything was very clean, peaceful and excellent location. Wonderful neighbors who live there. Short two-block walk to Main Street. Easy check in. The whole time we heard the river running. It is huge and great fir a family of five. Thank you for an awesome vacation. <3

Love this condo on the river! So comfortable and quiet. Very clean and stocked with everything you need! We were there for a football game so the TV in the living room was a little small. Otherwise we will definitely be back!

Creek side stay

We loved having the creek right outside out our back deck door. It was so nice to listen to it at night. It was an easy walk to town and restaurants and gave us plenty of space. Do be aware that there is a charge for damages that is not listed on VRBO. We only realized it once we downloaded the rental agreement through the management company. Otherwise we had a nice peaceful stay.

We absolutely loved staying here. It was very comfortable and very clean. We will definitely return! The WiFi was a little spotty at times but other than that it was a very enjoyable stay.

Great Location in Frisco

Conveniently located 1 block to downtown Frisco and the bus stop to ski options. The place was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. It sleeps up to 7, but there was really only seating for 4 in the living room with a small TV. The odd fireplace takes up a lot of space in the room that could've been used for more seating. The mattress on the lower bunk was incredibly thin and uncomfortable--might be okay for kids but definitely not a great option for adults.
