The bathroom was disgusting- hair on the floor, hair on the toilet, stained toilet, other debris on floor . Towels had hair in them. Bedding was yellowed and sheets stained. Elevator out of order. One soap square in the bathroom. It seemed like people were actually living there based on the smell of cooking. We could not share our concerns as there was no one at the front desk, even when we checked out there was a notebook to write your name in if you wanted a receipt. We used to frequent this location several years ago but after this stay- we will NEVER consider it again.
