Sandy Britches Retreat 101 is brand new to the rental program with Bay to Beach Property at Pointe West, Galveston.  This luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bath is a gorgeous beachside condo which has awesome unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and Galveston Bay. The first floor unit has plenty of seating on the patio looking towards the Gulf of Mexico to enjoy sunrise or dinner.  The small patio off the nook area has chairs to take in the breathtaking views of West Bay.  The unit is located a short walk to the beach and the Pointe West Beach Club which boasts an Infiniti edge pool, hot tub, restaurant, bar, gas grills, fitness center, game room and gift shop.  There is also a charcoal grill available for your use steps away from this unit.

This unit has recently been freshly painted and newly furnished by the homeowners.  The kitchen is fully equipped; a huge flat screen smart TV is in the living room and there is also a flat screen TV in the primary bedroom as well as bedroom three.  There is free WIFI and HD cable for your use while staying in this home.  The master bedroom has a king size bed, a king size bed is in bedroom two, and the third bedroom has two sets of single bunk beds. The home is equipped with a full-size washer/dryer, bath towels are provided, and all beds are dressed for your stay.

The condominium has a large balcony that is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom.  The balcony is furnished with comfortable seating to relax and enjoy meals or your favorite beverages while looking out at the Gulf of Mexico.

Bay to Beach Properties provides paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, coffee, coffee filters and basic spices in each unit.
Pointe West is an exclusive resort like community on the western tip of Galveston Island.  The beaches are cleaned and groomed regularly, and they are by far the best on the island.

You will be approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston (The Strand), Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier and all the other great attractions of Galveston.  Major grocery stores are located 20 minutes away, so we recommend guests stop on their way in, so they never have to leave their vacation getaway!

POINTE WEST PROPERTY OWNER ASSOCIATION(POA) CHARGES A $25 FEE PER GUEST OVER THE AGE OF FOUR YEARS OLD TO USE THE CLUB AMENTITIES DURING YOUR STAY IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE THE FACILITIES.  You will need to wear these wristbands to enter the Beach Club, Sunset Pool, fitness center, etc. and all the amenities on the property during your stay at Pointe West. THERE IS NO CHARGE TO USE THE BEAUTIFUL BEACHES AT POINTE WEST.  If you do not plan on using the facilities at Pointe West, you do not need to purchase the wristbands, if you want to dine in the restaurant or shop in the gift shop, temporary bands for admittance to those businesses are available.
