Barefoot Sunrise!! The best place to be to enjoy the sunrise while you drink your morning coffee! Gorgeous 1/1 with bunk beds overlooking the ocean. Living room also features a sleeper sofa for additional guests. This beautiful condo has a fully stocked kitchen so you have all the necessities if you choose to dine in. There is a large granite peninsula with plenty of seating to sit and share stories of your day while you enjoy your meal. There is a cozy corner reading nook in the living room or a reading light over the bed for those who want to wind down with a good read. Your host will have goodies waiting for you on your arrival. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.

The property has wonderful amenities to discover and enjoy while staying at Barefoot Sunrise. Three pools (one of which is heated), a hot tub, poolside grills, picnic tables, chaise loungers and poolside seating...as well as a volleyball area...all in a relaxing tropical setting. Additional outdoor activities include ping-pong and bean bag toss.

​​​​​​​Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

Galveston is an amazing and fun community! There are so many different things to do and see...there truly is something for everyone. Within walking distance you'll find go-carts and miniature golf, fishing and dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages, and our local movie theater. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. In town, enjoy one of many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Post Office where quaint shops and art galleries abound. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream! The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as an historic setting for live theatre. We love our festivals and special events here in Galveston!

All services and fees are subject to 15% tax. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make your experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay.

A great location and stay

We enjoyed our stay. The pools were great and clean. The condo was clean and very welcoming. The view from the ocean from the balcony was just incredible. We appreciated the laundry facilities were a few rooms down. The resort had shopping carts and luggage carts to help with the transportation of items from the car to the room.

Wonderful stay at this location!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The grounds are beautiful, with several pools and spas. We found the pool to be quite comfortable, even in early May. The property is centrally located with easy access to seawall. It was beautifully decorated and had adequate kitchen supplies, including basic things like salt and pepper and cooking oil. We really appreciated that! We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here for the week. Nice and clean!!! The beds were super comfortable. We cooked 4 nights and had plenty of dishes to use. The location is perfect, everything is 5 minutes away. Awesome view of the beach. The pool was beautiful. I have already recommended to several friends and family

We have stayed in the condo before and love it!!! Everything is within walking distance. I would suggest improving the pots and pans and dishes as some have been used quite a lot but it is absolutely amazing!!!

Close to beach

We had a wonderful time here. You can see the ocean from the balcony (which was still closed for maintenance- will be much better once balcony is available again) and all we had to do to get to the beach was walk across the street. It would definitely be good for them to have a broom in the condo as we brought lots of sand back, but as someone else had mentioned the lack of broom we ended up bringing one with us. Condo had everything we needed. Had a wonderful time.

Great little getaway!

I have to be honest, when we arrived I was disappointed. The outside is a little run down, check in was strange. They didn't seem to know anything about our booking and the elevator was stinky. BUT the condo was exactly like the pictures. It was clean, modern and we even had a little welcome gift. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our family of 3. The pool area was nice and overall it was a great stay. I wish we could have used the balcony and that there was a broom available. We brought some sand in from the beach and couldn't sweep it up.
