The grand entry is your gateway to your next getaway. The private entry opens into your vacation home in a very spacious yet cozy atmosphere with accents and décor that will relax your senses with soft beach inspired pastel colors and themes. The living room will invite you and your guests to laugh and relax in style and comfort with large windows and tall ceilings. The seating area allows for both casual conversations and to comfortably watch a movie on the TV. The living room couch pulls out to provide a queen-sized sleeping accommodation if needed. A rolling door reveals a hidden room with two twin-size bunkbeds that are large enough for two adults but a dream for a couple of kids. The living room is a clean and contemporary design that connects seamlessly into the dining room and kitchen as a modern large open space concept. The fully stocked kitchen features appliances, utensils and everything you need to serve up refreshments, snacks, appetizers or make a home cooked meal. The bathroom features a tiled built-in-shower with a cubby for storage. Walking in to the washroom there are two toilets' and two showers each separated by a spacious wall and their own doors for maximum privacy. One Large Towel and One Washcloth included per guest. One comfortable bedrooms with king sized bed for privacy and a restful night sleep so you can be ready for the next adventure each and every day you spend on the island.

The “Beach Retreat Fun in The Sun House” has a spacious entry way that offers perfect vantage points overlooking Seawall Boulevard, and sunrises over the Gulf of Mexico. The community back patio offers a spacious covered pergola with a table and seating for casual dinning and relaxing conversations to enjoy the company of friends and family into the evening.

The apartment was clean and we felt safe there. However, the property is listed as having two bathrooms. The bathroom is actually one room with four closets containing two toilets and two showers, similar to a gym set up. The twin beds are literally in a closet. So the pictures are slightly deceiving. With all of that being said, the space was adequate for 5 adults that were only staying one night, but we might as well have just had one bathroom.

My husband and I, with our 7yr old daughter stayed for 7 days. It was perfect! My husband and daughter got up early and walked over to get a morning swim in before waking me. The kitchen is fully loaded, we cooked in instead of going out. Saved alot that way! Small shower space but worth it!

Great location for short stay

Overall this was a nice quiet place to stay. We had 5 adults and 1 child staying 3 nights and was given 6 towels. Not enough for the amount of days we were there. So pack your own. Also if you have multiple vehicles you have to use parking permit but are only given 1 and i was told just to hand write one and put it in my other vehicle(after i reached out on vrbo and the other 2 people i was told to reach out to, which took over 1hr and half to get a response) . I was takem back when I was told that. The place was on the other hand was in a perfect spot right by the beach(walking distance) we stayed in unit 2 which was the first door as you walking in on the side which was super convenient. The place was very clean. I would recommend this place for quick trips. Also right down the street from Galveston Pleasure Pier.

Water leak with construction at 9:30pm. Cockroaches in bathroom. Master bedroom fan wouldn’t stay on if light was off. Location is close to beach and restaurants. Need better pictures of floor plan.

Great Spot for a Quick Visit

I came to town for some solo time after a long work trip. The proximity to the beach and local bars/restaurants was great and the host(s) were incredibly communicative. There were small cleanliness/building maintenance issues but I would still stay here again.
