Approximately three miles from the end of the seawall in the Spanish Grant subdivision. Beautiful pool and hot tub along with unobstructed views of large wetland and tidal river. This is a gathering point for a huge variety of birds, which can be viewed from the large back deck.

There are beautiful views of sunsets and moon risings. Enjoy peace and quiet in your private swimming pool and in-ground hot tub. Lift available for the disabled. It is an easy walk up the street to Bermuda Beach, about 10-15 minute walk.

We enjoyed our stay at Rene's home very much. The pool and hot tub were amazing! I was a bit disappointed with the Galveston beaches so I spent many days floating around the beautiful pool. The landscaping around the pool made me feel as though I was on a tropical island. The house was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our week, We loved spending time on the back deck enjoying the view of the river/canal and all the beautiful birds. We ate breakfast there every morning. The sunsets in the evenings from the deck were beautiful. I would recommend this home without hesitation. Rene was a great host and very easy to get in touch with when we had questions.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home next to the seawall in Galveston! The location was absolutely perfect, with stunning views and easy access to everything we wanted to do.The house itself had every amenity we could have asked for, everything was thoughtfully provided and made our stay so comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool. Even though the weather was quite windy during our trip, the perfectly heated pool completely made the experience for our kids. They spent so much time in it and had an absolute blast!Overall, this home exceeded our expectations. Between the amazing location, the well-equipped space, and that incredible pool, we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Great stay

Renee's property was great! My kids loved the pool and being able to see sunsets every night. Easy access to the strand and sea wall. Host is right next door if anything is needed. Will definitely be coming back!

Quiet, relaxing stay in a spacious pool home!

We enjoyed our stay at this well-stocked home away from the crowds. The owner is communicative and responsive. The property is well maintained and was clean. This is one of the best stays I’ve had over my many VRBO rentals and I’d highly recommend to my family and friends. Looking forward to returning sometime!

PERFECT place!

We LOVED this house for our family of 5! The host is so kind and gracious! Such a blessing! The pool and hot tub and ping pong table were absolutely awesome! The kitchen had all we needed and more and the photos don't do the master bed and bathroom justice, just incredible! This was such a blessed trip!

Awesome time!

The home owner was awesome! The house was clean more then enough room for my family and my brothers. We had a my grandmother 90 birthday at the home everyone loved the house. When we come back to Galveston we will stay again!

Great stay in Galveston

We agree completely with all of the other great reviews. The house was great, and Rene made the process very easy! The house was was very clean, and Rene provided so many of the everyday essentials to make the stay almost like being at home...towels, linens, etc. If you are looking for a great house that is close enough to everything, but also far enough to feel private, this is a great choice!

Amazing place

We had an amazing week here. The house was very impressive and enough room for our family of 6 and our pets. Kids loved the pool very relaxing. Also Renee is amazing he is always there when you need something. We'll definitely be back again! Thanks again Renee for all you done for my family and I this week! Sunset Perch was wonderful!

My family and I had a great time at Sunset Perch. It was made extra special because we were allowed to bring our little dog Molly as well. We rented a golf cart to get easily to the beach. Then we cooled off in the beautiful swimming pool. Nice! ❤️
